Budget hotel for stay, so don't expect too much. Basically it's stay-able. Cleanliness is ok, aircond is new, staff efficient no nonsense. I choose this place because of location. Around serdang area have alot very good eating places, and it's not too far from pavilion bukit jalil.

This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The room was tiny and for some reason, the bathroom has a glass wall so everyone in the room can see you doing your business - very, very weird. The room was clean, and the air-conditioner was a life saver. The hotel is close to shops which makes it very convenient.

Except a guy .all were rude .should at least give a water .I Wanted to change a room .hotel just pretended. Either they could say.its not possible but they said yes but didn't fullfuill .I found very different. But malaysia is beautiful country .so happy to be here.

Its actually Sg Besi Hotel. I guess many felt cheated before. Room wise, ok la for small budget accomodation. Night shift is not local, dont expect hospitality. Near to lots of convenient store n MRT station

Value for money stay, looks great but facility not well maintain. Shower head little leakage & bath room door cant close properly & no place to hang Clothes.
