tempat ni kalau nak bilik duplex hanya sesuai utk backpackers shj. kalau utk family yg ada beg byk better amik yg family suite( ada lift) . bilik duplex i pernah masuk sgt memenatkan ye naik tangga😂 tempat dia okayla. dekat2 je tempat nak pergi.

it's a bit tricky to find this hotel because it's really hidden inside the Kong Heng Square area. The room is comfy and big enough for a big family. The lock for the hotel room is the old school padlock but to enter the hotel gate area, you will need the keycard. at night, it's quite noisy because the hotel room is an open space type of room (cafes nearby). The floor is a bit dirty, will get dirty feets at the end of the day. But it's a really nice hotel room for us and we are able to explore the tourist spots nearby

the price for the family room is RM 500, and there is no aircond. The glass wall does not help with any sound barrier. The bakery was open until 1 am plus and it opens at 7. 30am, nobody slept at all. The concept and design is very creative, but not practical. so many mosquitoes. the toilet is not pretty. they should at least redo the ceiling and the floor. talk about over charging. the location is great . but not the price. overall rating 2/5. 1 for location. 1 for creativity. the cleaner never mop the floor. your feet will be black. the whole place no furniture just bed and curtains. the water pipe. using those old copper pipes...and when open and close the tap the whole pipe will be shaking vigorously... as if it will fall down. the place open air concept but there are so many outdoor aircond compressor surronding the open air space...you got to be kidding me !

a two-night visit and had a mixed experience overall.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, which was a major plus for my stay. It was conveniently situated near key attractions and eateries, making it easy to explore the area.

However, I did encounter some challenges with regards to noise levels during my stay. The constant footsteps and chatter from other guests in the hallway proved to be a significant disturbance. Additionally, the noise from the restaurant, while lively and bustling, did hinder my ability to get a good rest.

Despite these issues, the staff were attentive and accommodating, which contributed positively to my overall impression.

In conclusion, prime location and a dedicated staff, but potential guests should be aware of potential noise disturbances, particularly during peak hours. If you're a light sleeper, it might be worth considering alternative options.

I enjoyed my stay here immensely. The bed is huge and the mattress was not too soft. Most importantly, the linen was crisp and clean. I love my room. It was HUGE! My favourite aspect was the large windows from wall to wall and almost floor to ceiling. If you open the blinds, you get all the natural light one needs. Of course, being right smack in the middle of the touristy spot of Ipoh town can be both a blessing and a curse. Everything is within walking distance (most of the awesome bars) but it can be noisy as well.
