Terrible & unhappy experience.|Not only dirty wall, peeling wallpaper, yellowish bedsheet/ blanket but there are cockroaches running around even though twice changing rooms. The corridor seems run down too.|This hotel really needs renovation due to its constant stream of poor reviews.

Stayed there for a night. Room looked clean at first glance. Toilet got urine smell. Pillow covers yellowish. Certainly dont looked fresh. Room got very strong detergent smell that took a while to disappear.||Bed was very comfortable. Hotel location almost perfect. ||Breakfast was simple fried noodles etc. To my pleasant surprise, the fried noodles and its sambal chilli was easily one of the tastiest i ever had. Green bean soup was superb as well.. way better than what i bought outside.||TV channels virtually non existence. ||Overall this hotel is alright considering the price you pay. But only for 1 or max 2 nights. I will come back for sure.

Sorry to say that I'm SO Disappointed to stayed in this hotel!!

- Air-conditioning 👎 - Totally NOT working - Tried ALL mode! Feedback 2 days + nights during my stay! Still 🔥 🔥🥵
- Housekeeping 👎- Told staffs to made up the room since morning and back in the evening NO ACTION taken!

I knew currently "changing management" & I'm trying very hard to understand what they are facing!

Although, location and price 👍

Tldr - We had no rooms despite receiving a booking confirmation

We were informed there were no more rooms when we reached the hotel even though we had a booking confirmation from booking.com. We even clarified in the morning that we are checking in at night.

Receptionist wasn’t helpful and simply told us to cancel our booking. We had no choice but to scramble and find another hotel in the middle of the night.

Couple behind us were also told there were no more rooms for them even though they had already made payment online. Overheard that they had checked w the hotel at various time throughout the day from 2pm but were informed the room was not ready. At 11pm they were informed there was no more rooms.

Might have been because this was during public holiday so the rooms were overbooked but would suggest travellers to go with other hotels with better management to avoid the situation of having no rooms and needing to find a hotel last minute.
