Came here during lunch time, we sat down and ordered ramen and their pork chop set together with grilled meats. The waitress told me that if I want to order the grilled meat I have to sit upstairs because they can’t grill downstairs. Which I am fine with it but when she knew I was ordering a pork belly and beef tongue, her reaction was so big and said “DUA SAHAJA?” And proceed to tell me in malay you’re only ordering two and you want to sit upstairs? Then I asked her okay then could you grill for me in the kitchen so we don’t have to move upstairs then she said No. So then was I not allowed to order the grilled meat that I want? If it’s not enough for us we can just add on when we finished what we ordered no?

The way she said really made me feel like I was not allowed to order this when she’s the one telling me that I need to go upstairs, which I am okay with moving upstairs so what’s the issue then? If they did not want to move upstairs for me then don’t suggest it or tell me what I am ordering is out of stock instead of giving such big reaction. Aside from the service being terrible, the pork belly was good, beef tongue was very chewy like rubber. The ramen soup was bland, the egg for me a bit sour not sure if it’s because of the way the egg soaked in the sauces. The char siew was decent as well.

Came for late dinner. Many items not available. Ordered skewers from a long list of unavailable items. Waiter didn't inform that certain items in my order was not available only to find out after waiting for quite sometime, they mentioned last call and asked me to pay and I found out about the unavailable items from the bill. The waiter asked to pay first and right now there are still items not delivered. I am the only customer in the restaurant with quite a few staff observed, wonder what took so long as the food quality and taste did not justify. I even have to follow up for items paid but not delivered, the workers are foreigners and acted blurry, couldn't communicate clearly. For this kind of prices, there's definately expectstion to meet. First and last visit for now.

Formerly was Kiwami Japanese Restaurant, I never have a chance to step in to try for the past 10 years even I past by there daily, maybe It was a closed up concept previously and nothing attracted me to take any initiative to find out more about that restaurant. But early of this year in 2024, this restaurant had changed the name to Sanju3 Skewer Bar, renovated by knocked down the front wall completely with open Izakaya concept and more Japanese feel of lighting and interior. Everyone who pass by there will definitely able to see and feel everything inside the restaurant at Ground floor. It is cozy & happening at Ground floor, and private & high class at 1st floor with private rooms for BBQ and private lunch or dinner, you cannot feel that you are actually in Subang Jaya neighbourhood housing area, but rather than in Hartamas, Mont Kiara, Solaris or Desa Park City areas. On the eve of my birthday, we walked in there for Japanese beer (Sapporo) with Yakitori(s) without any plan after dinner, jogged and dessert time. The beer and food were OK and acceptable, the Head Chef - Sky さん (with 15 years of F&B experience in Tokyo, Japan) and his team were nice and friendly, service and promotion were good too. On the next day which was my birthday, we decide to celebrate there with BBQ at 1st floor in the private room,surprisingly that it was not smoky at all. The meats were OK and acceptable, especially the Miyazaki beef. For your info, the garlic fried rice is in big portion for 2 pax. The Head Chef was very kind and generous by offered us with some complimentary foods on my birthday (thank you very much & really appreciated) 本当にありがとう ございました。There is a lucky draw for every RM100 dine and attractive point collection system to redeem of alcohol drinks. It is really a hidden gem in the neighbourhood housing area without any hassle going far to shopping mall or SS15 for Japanese food and worry of Police block for happy hour. Recommend to come here to try and feel it. またね!

claypot udon in pork soup was ok, if somewhat bland. pork is tender and toothsome, and cooked with time-over-target precision, but needs quite a bit of table-side post production on the tastiness side.

teppanyaki flounder was overcooked, and vegetables under. so another near miss.

Ordered the char shu don. The meat portion was very little for RM18+. Tried to ration out the 3 pieces of pork slices and egg with the rice but ended up i finished the meat with about half a bowl of rice remaining. Perhaps add another 2-3 more slices of char shu would be better. It's never nice to be finishing the dish first with lots of rice remaining. The dish portion has to go hand in hand with the rice.

There's potential in this place and location is good. I hope the owner would take this feedback positively.

Redeemed a voucher from Eatigo, we choose 3:30pm with 50%discount. Very nice japanese food, especially the skewers, except the beef tongue. The ramen was flavourful and decent, the unagi don also tastes good. We like the lamb rack rib very much. Definitely will come back dine in again.

拉面Q弹，猪骨汤底好喝，叉烧入味。串烧烤的刚刚好，原汁原味，很好吃。三文鱼厚切，口感不错。烤鳗鱼肥美多汁，大大的一块，很满足。
