Overall the room was ok,I booked for 2 rooms, 1 big and 1 small.the hotel toilet was dirty, you can see the foot print on thefloor.the reception service very bad,because the toilet roll was so little so I ask for room service, everything they said don't have. After that said will send to our room also never send. The small room was very smelly with smoking smell,we complain to change room, they said full.ask for air freshener,they said don't have, the uncle scold us back. Boss,you build so many Roxy hotel but you hired this kind of unruly staff to work. At last this uncle went tobuy airfreshener,I was soshocked he said want to use insect killer to spray,I said cannot. Please train your staff hospitality. And please fire this uncle,he looked at the guest like want to kill you like that, he wrongs first and he show attitude

Spacious even the bathroom! Can see gunong Singai from the window and the famous night market..room 108.love the smart TV so I can use my YouTube account to watch my movies! The lift is awesome..going up in slow motion..a great way to remind me to take things slow and easy here! Will be back again!

The Roxy is a relatively new hotel. Room very clean. Close to many food outlets and also a couple of grocery stors. Only complaint is other guests leaving early and being very noisy. Suggest management put up some signs to request all guests have regard for others and not be noisy in the corridors.

1. Toilet pipe leaking - no action taken after informing front desk throughout my stay (2 nights).
2. Pillow with a stinky smell (4 pillows for 2 rooms). Inform front desk, the response is interesting fr the staff. Quoted as below "what you want me to do then if your pillow is stinky?!!!!!!"...what a shock response.
Then we hv to request, could you pls help and replace the pillows for us pls.....then finally the pillows r being replaced, after 3 follow ups, and 10hrs later.

Strongly not recommend this hotel if you have other option.

Located near to siniawan night market and next to a mart and 24 hours food court. Great place to stay if you plan to travel in Bau.

A brand new hotel at Siniawan, outskirts of town. After exploring cave, had lunch at Ming Ming food court then go all the way here to this hotel. It is easy to find, has parking spaces as well. There will be a night market nearby which only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, start from 4.30pm to 11pm.

The door is not that secure lock not really functional (you would think that locking the door will disable people from even opening it but it can still be open )but it will ring loud alarm when open. But other than that great location wise, near supermarket and lots of food choices during weekends.
