Someone call a day before arrive, ask me to cancel the room because the air-condition of the room breakdown, I ask for change a room but he said fully book, I ask for solution he said no other solution, he is a foreigner staff, I ask him to pass the call to local person in charge or your manager, he end up said he will change another room. I suspect some reason behind.
Anyone want to book this property please be careful of their threat. So irresponsible.

Unfortunately I am at the 2nd dead end room.. The corridor was too dark. The light was dim. The bad thing I saw was a staff spit on the floor when he comes out from the lift. I just can't imagine that... My horrible experience.. Feels so gross on their carpet floor then.

DO NOT book here. Booked here many years back and decided to come back because it was decent at the price point. However, standard has dropped tremendously and is poorly maintained. Walls and chair are old and stained, beds are ok.

Nice clean room with a kitchenette.. Microwave and cutleries.. Cold a/c.. Nice hot shower. Iron and board too.. Best is the proximity to the mall.. Grab can engaged easily.. Definitely a place to stay.

***READ BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR WORST DECISION IN YOUR WHOLE LIFETIME***
Well, the price totally not on par with the room.
First, you have to check in at the basement with a funny tiny counter that serves by a foreign worker. Second, the customer service is bad and not helpful. Third, the room is so old that even my grandma feels like throwing up 🤨. Old furniture, dirty bed sheets, TV and light fittings not functioning, low ceiling height, dark, loud noice from Sunway lagoon, lousy kitchen, bad smell from the toilet floor trap, slimy bathtub 🤮, heavy pee ammonia smell.
The experience was so terrible 😞 I will never trust the rating and reviews anymore.

Reception was just a desk under the basement stairs. No staff was there. There was a telephone number to call and waited 20 minutes for staff to come. Took a deposit of rm150 a night. Room was very basic. Bedsheets are old. Room is large but musty

We always stay at Sunway Pyramid or Clio. However for this 3days trip we only managed to book Raintree Resort and thought it should be acceptable and decided to book the Junior Suite. We were somewhat taken aback when we realised the check-in was at the pathetic counter located at the basement manned concurrently by a guard. We were totally disappointed that the so call junior suite was totally not at par with the price we paid. The room is so neglected with dust and really old furnitures which have seen better days. Water heater was defective. Woke up midnight to utilise the bathroom and surprised a colony of cockroaches congregating and getting ready to party!! To add insult to the injury, there is no free parking nor any concession granted for the facility and we were charged RM1 per hour. Mind you, I am graciously granting 1 star in my rating for the convenient location.
