Here's my opinion, the location is strategies, in the middle of the town. Easy to walk to waterfront, Cat Statue, and many culinary at Padungan Street, affordable, the room has the toilet inside and the water heater is worked but they didn't provide the toiletries kit such as toilet tissue, toothpaste or toothbrush. They also give 1 hanger for hanging the clothes. They give a key access to in and out entrance door, also the staff is so helpful.
And the minus is the room smell smokey, noisy because the wall per room is only wood board so we can hear the steps and the cough from neighbors, TV didn't work, no special decoration inside the room, the hallway is kinda creepy. And I don't see where I can refill the water drinking so I buy near there.

Very good location. Have offers for long term stays. Good hot water pressure on the ground floor. I got the room with no window so it does smell stuffy inside. Wall is made of plywood. Could hear music from the pubs nearby. No drinking water but can ask for kettle from owner.

Spartan type of stay in a quite central location in Padungan near all the good eateries. Noone was around in the evening but there was a handphone number to call for quick response. Room unconventional and hostel like with plywood walls but air con was cold and attached bathroom clean with hot water. Muffled sounds can be heard from the neighbouring pub till late but it was not too loud to disturb my sleep. Not a stay for anybody accustomed to luxury but clean enough, safe enough and functional enough for the price. No TV or refrigerator.

Room is cozy with aircon and heater facilities. Hotel receptionist is very nice, friendly and helpful. If you are a business traveller, this place will be suitable

- Location in the middle of the town. To waterfront 800m, Darul Hana Bridge 900m, Top spot seafood in building behind, Cat Statue 100m, 126 laksa 300m
- Best deal budget price for tourism
- Reachable by grab or maxim
- Can refill your water bottle as a complimentary
- Room space is good enough
- Friendly Front office staff

Minus:
- The wall per room is only wood board. If you create noisy inside your room its heard from aisle
- Dont provide toothbrush & toothpaste
- Bed linen a little bit dirty
- TV is broken

Not good. Rooms smelly. This hotel improved a bit . last time it was a port for immoral “things”. Only good things were friendly and helpful staff and great location

Simple room, no fridge, doesn't provide drinking water. There's a hot drinking water on the ground floor. The room needs further cleaning, there are spider webs on the ceiling. The wall in the room looks dirty, needs painting. I stayed on the 1st floor and I can hear the sound of the pouring rain, very loud. The location is good with many eateries within walking distance and the staffs are friendly.

Hotel ini sangat membantu jimat budget duit poket kita . walaupun hotel ini nampak bangunan lama dijamin dari segi kebersihan tandasnya amt bagus . Cadar2 smuanya kelihatan rapi dikms..disusun..Tapi kepada yang mau menikmati suasana yg bagus mau kelihatan 3 star/ 4 star/ 5 star jgn stay disini ya .Disini hanya menggunakan tangga naik tingkat, ada 3 tingkat. Kemudahan disdiakan tandas privasi, aircond, tuala dlm bilik, sabun cuci tangan ada dalam bilik mandi, yang lain tidak disediakan. Tapi kepada yg mmg cuma mau menikmati jalan2, stay dlm keadaan sederhana, perlu tempat stay bajet ini, saya sarankan ini. Sungguh membantu jimat budget duit poket kita. Lagi pun hotel ini berdekatan dgn waterfront gitu..tmpt cari makan nya juga senang ..kemudahan laundry nya juga dekat..
