A remarkably spacious gym which has a variety of exercise equipment to use. I came during the weekends in the morning for a walk-in fee of RM20 and there weren't any queues for any of the equipment.

The gym is complete with shower facilities as well as weight scale and water dispenser. Personal training is provided upon request.

Cleanliness can be improved i think but since the interior is all dark it isn't too visible.

R3 fitness boasts a 11,000 square feet fitness space with 17 hours of operation. There's a wide variety of equipment and an open area for classes. However, the equipments were wearing out fast and not taken care of. Weights were not placed back to where they should be and place seemed like a mess. The air conditioner was working on its lighter settings but was seen windows open during a hot day. The lighting wasn't optimal too as some spots were too dim while others was like a spotlight. Parking on the other hand was a hassle. Overall, I'd only recommend if the place was more taken care of.

-机器比较旧
-男厕所尿盆的尿味重，建议去上普通厕所 不要用尿盆 不然我怕你会晕。
-电梯很烂，
-地下停车场 parking 很烂，而且有老鼠的味道 还有一些动物尸体的腐臭味。而且parking 费贵。

Walk-in per entry price at 30 rm. Spacious gym with a good selection of machines. The equipments are quite old though and the restroom is dull. Nothing spectacular.

Gym is not all that bad as ppl make out to be I wouldn't mind staying at mid valley southkey as the gym is near

Gym and dance includes with one price. Per entry now is RM20. Nice environment with Complete equipment. Can shower and with hairdryer. Love the floor here with soft padding so can let us do some plank on the floor. Basement carpark got lot space to park. Helpful nice staff .

Great looking gym ... The machines is enough ... The free weights range is great but anytime there more than 20 members at a single time in the gym will be quite cramp I believe.... I was there after 8pm on a Saturday and the crowd was about less than 10 which was ok... Paid RM 20 for a walk in which I truly appreciates.. will come again ...

Hope they manage to repair those broken machines the next round
