Unpleasant experiences

Recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience there. Initially, We wanted to stay there for 2 night 3 days, however due to the "bad" experience that we have encounter, we left early than we should. The staff was unhelpful, the facilities was okay and the internet connection was unreliable throughout my stay. I keep on calling them but still no respond. At the moment ive left, by then, they respond to me.

To make matters worse, I experienced something unsettling that could only be described as a horror-like situation during the night, which left me feeling unsafe and anxious. I believe this environment is not suitable for guests and should be addressed immediately.

The food during breakfast by which i have high expectation of it, turns out not as good as i saw on other reviews.

The facility is good and well maintained.

I hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving both service quality and guest safety.

Great place for a weekend retreat with your family. This place is also suitable for Team Building as this place have various activities you can choose from. There is even a jogging path for your early morning & evening jog. The room prices are affordable and all the rooms are fully air-conditioned. Overall, this place is recommended for those who want to have a quick escape from reality and de-stress.

Confusing stay—perhaps it was just us

We initially booked for two days, hoping this would be a convenient stop for our hiking trip, but our experience was quite unsettling from the start.

1. Check-in Issues:
The check-in process itself was smooth until we received the room keys. The staff didn't guide us or provide clear directions to our room. Considering the size of the property (formerly a Kem PLKN with multiple blocks and many stairs), we spent 15 minutes wandering around trying to locate our room. Additionally, they failed to inform us about essential facilities, including the café. Moreover, the room we booked via Agoda was advertised as having a pool view with a queen bed, yet we ended up receiving a different room entirely, which wasn't what we requested.

2. Disturbing Night:
We checked out a day earlier due to unsettling occurrences during the night. Around 1:30 AM, we were awakened by rustling noises and the sound of dragging feet inside our room. At 3:30 AM, the disturbance continued, and one of my friends was startled awake when something appeared to be thrown at her while sleeping. Unable to rest properly, we decided to leave the premises first thing in the morning, foregoing any refunds. When we mentioned our experiences upon checkout, the staff dismissed our concerns, implying it was due to us being easily frightened and suggested we should pray more. While we appreciate their intention, we felt our experience was belittled or gaslighted, which was not helpful or professional.

3. Food Quality:
The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, reminiscent of school hostel food—basic and unappealing, despite the positive reviews from influencers on TikTok highlighting good food and hygiene.

Overall, the stay was confusing and uncomfortable. Perhaps it was just our experience, but it definitely wasn't what we expected or paid for.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Putra Sentosa Retreat Camp, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the helpful receptionist greeted us warmly and ensured a smooth check-in process. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with any requests.

The calm and peaceful surrounding truly made this retreat special. Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Whether enjoying the fresh air or listening to the sounds of nature, the atmosphere was simply serene.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the good food! Every meal was delicious, well-prepared, and served with great hospitality. The variety and quality exceeded our expectations, making the dining experience enjoyable.

Overall, Putra Sentosa Retreat Camp is a fantastic place for anyone looking for relaxation, great service, and delicious food. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be returning!

This place is a bit hidden. The actual location on the map is a bit different. But the place is really recommended for family, friends, or students. Because they have an auditorium, a BBQ area, a swimming pool, and also a kayak boat. Suitable for a group of people. Kayak needs to book with an additional charge.

Need to pay deposit by cash around 100 or 200. I'm not really sure of the amount.

The room is clean. It has a 4 or 5 socket for use. Have a TV, air conditioner, fan, and some welcome items.

The bathroom has a lot of ants. One of the towels is smelly and stained. The room is not soundproof. The side window is easier to open from outside.

But overall the place is still considered not bad. The price include breakfast. But I mistakenly deleted all the pictures. T^T

-The room is quite ok. The air conditioner in my room was not cold at first, but then we cleaned the filter…the room smelled so dusty. My body got itchy.

-The swimming pool is not so clean..
-breakfast is quite ok
-workers are really helpful
-fridge got leftover from previous people.

A very well maintained resort, with a laid back vibe and great views. Ideal for family vacations. There is a lake for kayaking, swimming pool and fully equipped gym. You can enjoy the atmosphere at the small town square located at a 5 minute drive from the resort.
