Reception tak bagus dlm berkomunikasi, kita call booking harga lain dah sampai bg harga lain... Boleh pulak ckp customer salah faham... Padahal dah call deal harga bilik utk 2 katil single. Sangat kecewa jawapan pekerja hotel. Tolong dengar dan bersikap adil jujur dgn customer.

Nous avions la chambre familiale au numéro 1 au rez-de-chaussée. Elle est mal insonorisées, très proche de l'entrée et nous avons eut des bruits de personnes, de sonnerie de l'entrée une 10aine de fois en pleine nuit. Nous avons très mal dormit.

Bad hotel, smelly, they use old comforter and cadar. Also found a mosquito and lipas in the room. Bathroom is not cleaning well, found hair on the floor. Not recommended.

Good location especially for business trips. Near to industrial area and banks. 5 minute away from the Penang first bridge. Rooms are clean. Value for money!
