The hotel room was overpriced, primarily due to several maintenance issues that marred our stay. The water heater wasn't functioning, which made it especially inconvenient, and the refrigerator emitted an unpleasant odor that was hard to ignore. To add to our discomfort, the sink was noticeably dirty, diminishing the overall cleanliness of the room. While the pool wasn't maintained well and appeared dirty, the view of the beach from the room was undeniably beautiful, offering a glimmer of solace amidst the disappointments. Worth it for view but not for the room

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful getaway at Pandan GoldCoast Holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were stunned by the resort's beautiful seaview scenery. The accommodations were spacious and clean, and i understand from the reception that there are a total of 8 rooms and good for family gatherings. The on-site restaurant meals were delicious, and the service was good. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to families and friends looking for a relaxing seaview getaway.

Just got to explore the place, I didn't visit the rooms..overall the outlook it's like kampung style kind of places.

A little bit run down but for those that appreciate the welcoming scenery and the view of natural landscape and sea will definitely love this nostalgic place. It is a very private place and have that fishing village view. Recommended for family retreat that want to have a bbq party (with no charge for the bbq pit) and do not mind of not staying in a luxury place. Although the place a bit run down, you can expect a comfortable bed, well-function air conditioner and friendly service from the staffs except for the TV signal but that just a minor issue as we come there to have fun and leisure with our beloved family. The staffs will help you as best as they can if you ask nicely. We are satisfied with our stay and hopefully the management can renovate some of the facilities such as the swimming pool to make the place more vibrant. Overall, thank you so much for having us!

The place is on a nice beach and in a secluded area. Nice setting. The room we got was clean and the beds comfortable. In the evening the shower didn’t work so the water must have been off. It worked in the morning. The whole place is a bit run down. The staff were quite friendly. Much too expensive for the level of comfort.

Pandan Beach Holiday Villa was awesome, the beach out front has many inlets and secluded beaches to explore with rocks and sea shells to discover. ||The family who own the Villa were friendly and more than helpful with any requests. The rooms were clean and cosy, cold air con. Warm shower. Big comfy bed. Heaps of chilled places to commute and space to relax under the trees or up on the high deck with roofing. Great place to realax and create with friendly people. ||The fish and turtles and animals they look after so well there made us smile. ||Boat rides around the islands from literally the back door. ||Highly recommend

Booked online and lucky to get another walk in family room which have our own private balcony and facing the sea. Awesome view of course.||The location is easily access as it's quite a known place in town. You won't get lost. Just follow the GPS and its lead you direct to the door step.||Btw, they accept cash only upon check in. The family room is adjoining room that we booked is on the 1st floor. The beds: comfy with comforter..||There's AC and fan in the room. TV got 3 local channels only (since we came for beach n sea) who cares bout TV. The internet line is okay. Rooms amenities: towels, bottled drinking water, shower cream+shampoo in the bathroom. That's all, so do bring your own toiletries.||Refrigerator is there and no cooking allowed.||The cafe is " serve no pork" which do serve nice homey local food with some burgers and fries. Do try " nasi goreng kampung" for authentic kampung's feeling.||The beach is clean, you'll enjoy it for yourself only..long walking on stretches beach did goodness to your body and tummy..however swimming is on your own risk.||They do offers few trips to fills your days.||The rest..go and creates your own memories..

Disappointing. Much to expensive for the level of comfort. The place is run down. Not very pretty at all. The room however was decent and clean, the bed was good. We had no water in the shower in the evening. Worked in the morning. For half the price it would be acceptable. The beach in front is very nice though.
