Maaf sebelumnya...Bilik,time masuk Bersih rapi..tapi salah kita costomer tak pandai check bilik tu oke ke tak dia punya facility...tolong betul betul cek bilik..kerana ada kerusakan barang atau lain hal belum tentu semua sebab penyewa atau customer..setiap orang punya sikap masing masing..nasib baik orang tua kita ajarkan kita hal hal baik..kita tak menyesal atau dendam tapi ingat ada kala kita diatas dan di bawah..kita ada tuhan yang maha tahu segalanya..tapi memang betul kita tak ada buat hal yang merusak facility hotel..sekali lagi saya minta maaf yang sebesar besarnya

The reason I am giving this review because of the counter's attitude and also the booking we have made hasn't confirm.

This is the story, we found this hotel at OYO app and we booked it. After booking, we called the hotel to verify it's availability, and we did, because it is quite far from us. We traveled for about 2 hours and we went into the hotel and ask, the moment we get there and show them the app (two person, a guy and a lady), the guy with specs and with skinny figure telling us that there is no room for us instantly without checking on his system, the lady is so scared to tell the truth too, and obviously she is hiding something. He told us there's an error, which I think it's impossible, because I have verified before going. In the end, we left the hotel with our luggage and we spending time in the evening to look for another hotel.

I found this hotel a scam and the guy's attitude is extremely rude, please, if you found this hotel on your expedia, OYO, traveloka app. Think twice if you are going there after booking, because they may ask you to go home after your long way from other states, maybe from other country.

Giving it a 3 stars is alot. The hotel is clean though and even had a lift.. But the bed comforter and the pillows is far beyond my good expectations..
