I just came back from this resort..the room was very very smelly. No air freshner. No tv. No kettle. Even no table and chairs for us to put our bags. The room was very very smelly. I guess there was a dead rats on the ceilings.. And the worst part is when i and my kids were happily using the swimming pool, one of the staff came and ask us to out from the pool. He said that is compulsary to wearing cap and we have to buy from them at rm10 each. There were no signage at all. No courtesy to the guest. No one tell us about the crap swimming cap during checked in time. I was very frustrated. I never want to go to this place again. I will tell abt this lousy resort to all my friend. The next day we checked out early in the morning cause we felt like suffocated in that smelly and lousy room. We were very upset. My families were very upset, frustrated and angry. The room rate rm150 is not worth paying. This resort is really really really suck place to go. Please dont go to this hotel.
