Sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ni. walaupun jauh sedikit dgn terminal bus. Just simple hotel but everything good. Saya akan stay sini lagi jika dtg ke Muar.

Very bad service room is small than the picture. we stayed for 2 nights and had lots of bed bugs marks on the back and hands and legs. On the day of check out that supposed to be at 12pm at 9am the Aircond and the water heater was turned off we were still sleeping. When the time to check out they said WhatsApp the number the receipt and wait 1 week for the refund want to text there is no WhatsApp available on that particular number called multiple times no answer going on busy. We went and searched people around found 1 chinese aunty eating beside door we told her we have been calling and trying to WhatsApp but neither we can get she just ignored us walk to the counter n gave us back the deposit when we complain why no Aircon and water heater she did not respond very bad service from the management. In the room no table only a chair n a mirror and things has been kept on the chair. No one sitting at the counter at 11am despite ringing the bell multiple times.
