Being a long and loyal customer from Borneo MediSpa and after completing my last session. I wanted to try something new so I came in with my wife to enquire about the services provided. We were greeted by a lady and explained to us the products and services.

I wasn’t completely sold on the product/services and felt uncomfortable with the aggressive, pushy and rushed explanation by the promoter. I was especially taken aback when she questioned whether I have a skincare routine and whether I had any knowledge on skincare at all. I felt insulted and just because I am a man it does not mean I don’t take care of my skin. I left feeling disappointed.

After I left, I decided not to pursue further and take my business elsewhere or go back to Borneo Medispa. FTW Borneo Medispa.

Hi people..i went to this salon on September.
Waxing treatment rm130 (somemore no promo price or first timer price, eventhough i already told you i am first timer).
Armpit waxing rm45
Hydro whitening lotion rm180 as they told me during the consultation.
But this shop charged my card over which is rm398. They overcharged me rm43. They did not issue me receipt at all. Eventhough i got email them to ask for receipt. But useless they never reply. This shop is totally play with their price, try to cheat customer during this hard times of business.
