Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to take a proper picture - sorry about that! Will update the next time I re-visit the place 😭, but this place is definitely worth it. You can get a set meal for just RM8-9, which includes the chicken rice and iced lemon tea. Highly recommend it to Swinburne students or staff working nearby!

It’s those type of place that you’ll go when its meal time again and you just want to satiate the hunger. Very clearly the establishment intend to serve the university (Swinburne) crowd, which makes up a portion of the clientele here. Gets bit busy during lunch time. Also my go to place from time to time. Today’s lemon chicken is not so appetising. Lemon sauce is not even sour or sweet, or have any taste (pic of half eaten plate attached)

I’ll come again for a quick meal when I’m around but this is not the place you’ll drive a long journey to eat at, so don’t expect any gourmet complexity of the food. You get what you paid for.

Been here twice for lunch. I don't know why my colleagues (ex Swinburne students) always says the chicken rice is very nice. For me so so nia. 🤷 But during lunch time the place is totally full house. Service is quite fast but in terms of hygienic, the one that cut chicken meat didn't wear any gloves. and you can find your utensils abit oily.. Price is normal with other chicken rice stalls.

Had the butter fried chicken rice.

Above average. Pretty well cooked fried chicken (slightly dry). The star of the dish was probably the chicken rice - well rounded flavour & the rice isn't clumped together... The 'butter' for the chicken was average only.

The fried and steamed chicken very tasty and fresh. The rice also very tasty. Price very affordable. Overall, a very good chicken rice.
