They have very beautiful paintings in the shop and towels with the shops name embroidered. The ladies who did my nails checked with me often to ensure they were what I wanted. They don't have coverings for the foot tubs but claimed to have cleaned & disinfected them prior to, however, they still looked rusty & unappealing.

I absolutely love getting my nails done at Nail Chapter! The environment is so cozy and welcoming. Jing Jing is not only incredibly talented with her nail designs, but she also makes every session feel like catching up with a good friend. Her attention to detail and creativity always leave me impressed. My soft gel nails can last up to 5-6 weeks.

I had my nails done at a different salon recently, but the polish started peeling off quickly. Then, I found this amazing nail salon with excellent customer service. Even though I wasn't sure where the shop was, they guided me through everything over the phone. I needed to repair one of my nails, and although the color didn't quite match, the technician went above and beyond, mixing and matching until it blended perfectly with the rest of my nails. The price was also very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future nail appointments!

Another amazing experience at Nail Chapter with Jing Jing and her team. The new shop (just around the corner) Chapter 2 is a great addition. It was my first time to get my nail and pedicure at Naill Chapter. The owner and all staffs were so kind and provided me such a good care. I felt very comfortable while I was getting a care and I enjoyed to have a small talk with the owner. I will definitely visit there next time.
