A little place of luxury surrounded by the jungle. The resort is made up of semidetached accommodation built on stilts affording a great balcony view of the jungle. Didn’t get chance to use it but the pool and pool area looked great. Jungle boardwalk walk in the evening with a guide was fun and informative. Evening meal was again local food and tasty. breakfast next morning again ample. We arrived early enough to use the free hotel shuttle bus to go to Sepilock the Orangutang sanctuary no more than 10 minutes down the road- glad we did as very busy next day.|Room here was stunningly set out with all things needed provided- only one night here would have liked another.

cibo buonissimo e super colazione con qualcosa di fatto al momento sempre presente.
Rainforesta vicina e scoiattoli volanti visibili dall’hotel ottima organizzazione.
Prezzo sconosciuto perché abbiamo fatto un tour.
4 stelle alle camere solo perché purtroppo abbiamo avuto qualche ragno nel bagno e di formiche nel letto ma nulla di drammatico .

We have just returned from a four day/three night tour in Borneo run by S I Tours, we booked through Borneo Adventures. The tour was fantastic! We saw orangutans in the sanctuary but really special was that we got to see them in the wild - a mother and baby making their nest for the night! We saw saltwater crocodiles, probiscis monkeys, vipers, hornbills, macaques, fire flies, flying squirrels and more. It was a 'safari' to rival Africa. The lodges we stayed in were great, they weren't five star luxury but they all had AC and comfy clean beds, with private bathrooms - this is about having a real experience, going to places you can only reach by boat.|Rose was our guide and she was super, so knowledgeable and fun. The tour and it's logistics were so well organised S I Tours were very clear in where we had to be when but without it feeling like a massive coach trip! We were in small groups, no more than 8-10people on a boat and it was really tailored to what you wanted to see. The whole experience was 'once in a lifetime' and my two boys (11yrs & 13yrs) and husband, all felt that this exceeded our expectations. |The food was delicious and we were able to have time to sit back and look at the Borneo jungle at sunset and pinch ourselves that we'd been fortunate enough to visit this place. |Definitely go and use S I Tours!

My Nature Resort is well-organised and a great base to begin from.||We started our nature experience with My Nature Resort in Sandakan. This provided a fantastic introduction to the rainforest, offering sightings of flying squirrels, monkeys, lizards, and hornbills. My Nature Resort is situated within one of the world's oldest tropical rainforests, near the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre and the Sun Bear Conservation Centre. My Nature Resort features a pool, and the accommodations were very comfortable; the rooms are large and comfortable, they had everything we needed. Very nice. |The grounds were great for exploring, with boardwalks that led through the forest, and the staff were very helpful. We also visited the local market in Sandakan, saw the World War II memorials, and enjoyed a traditional afternoon tea near Agnes Keith's house. The pool looked lovely - we didn't get to use it. The meals were plentiful, home-cooked, and served buffet style. My Nature Resort is well-organised and a great base to begin from. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us.

We spent one day/night here as part of our tour and were very happy with everything. The room had a wonderful balcony, aircon very efficient, food and service all excellent. We enjoyed a walk in the jungle alone in daylight. a guided night walk and watching the flying squirrels.

The team at My Nature and the Lodges we stayed in were excellent. We went early May 2025 and were met at the airport by Rose, who was our guide for the whole 5 days. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the wildlife we saw.||The two lodges we stayed at were well laid out and the rooms were very comfortable. The boat safaris, both day and night, were excellent, with a wide array of wildlife on view and the trip to the Sepilok Orangutan Rehab centre and Sun Bear sanctuary was really also very rewarding.||The picture in this review is not mine and is loaded automatically by Trip Advisor. There is no building work now and all the facilities are up and running.
