Saya mau review bahagian Ballroom Hotel ni

Bahagian Management kurang memberangsangkan atas beberapa sebab:
1. Kami book ballroom dari jam 6pm and pihak management membenarkan kami untuk masuk seawal jam 5pm untuk melakukan persiapan (pa system, rehearsal, etc). Tapi bila kami sampai pada jam 5pm, tiba2 kami tidak benarkan masuk atas alasan ballroom itu book dari jam 6pm so kami kena masuk jam 6pm juga 💁‍♀️
2. Terdapat 6 meja VIP yang kami book dan kami dijanjikan setiap meja VIP terdapat 1 pelayan tetapi pada hari kejadian, hanya terdapat 1 pelayan untuk 6 meja VIP. Hal ini menyebabkan situasi menjadi kelam-kabut dan urusan menjadi lambat (makanan lambat ditambah, air lambat sampai)
3. Masalah komunikasi dengan pihak management seperti lambat reply, susah untuk dibawa berbincang
4. Kami tidak disediakan layout floor untuk menunjukkan kedudukan meja yang menyukarkan kami untuk menentukan nombor meja yang sudah dirancang. Tambahan pula, apabila kami hanya dibenarkan masuk pada jam 6 pm iaitu masa majlis bermula.

Saya harap pihak management boleh memperbaiki servis mereka berdasarkan sebab-sebab diatas.

Staying at My Dream Hotel in Beaufort was a pleasant surprise. From the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome. They were happy to answer questions and give suggestions about things to do around Beaufort.

The room was clean, bright, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable with fresh sheets and soft pillows, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. The air-conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was spotless with hot shower, good water pressure, and all the basic amenities provided.

The hotel is in a great location — close to shops, eateries, and local markets. It’s also easy to access main roads if you’re driving or to get public transport if you want to explore nearby areas like Klias River for fireflies or other attractions in Beaufort.

Bagus tapi stay baru² ni mcm kurang sikit biliknya, which is lampu bilik dia x fungsi, xda peti ais dan tandas ada bau sedikit msa masuk.. tp ini hnya pendpt sy sja lgpun sy stay 1 malam sja

⭐ “Ballroom My Dream Hotel — indah pada nama, tapi realitinya jauh dari bayangan. Komunikasi staf ibarat ‘melepas batuk di tangga’, sound system pula membuatkan majlis rasmi terasa seperti sesi karaoke kampung. Senyuman dan layanan mesra sepatutnya jadi wajah pertama sebuah hotel, tapi di sini ia seperti barang ‘rare’ yang susah ditemui.

Mungkin ballroom ini sesuai untuk acara suka-suka, tapi bagi yang mahu suasana rasmi dan berprestij, eloklah pilih tempat lain. Harap pihak pengurusan tidak hanya indah pada nama, tetapi turut indah pada layanan dan kualiti.”

Cosy and comfortable place. There is also a restaurant,. Wonderful food, friendly staff, and i love to say it was ngam-ngam ia punya rasa. Such as nasi goreng, kue teow goreng, mee goreng ayam, burger and spaghetti.
Paling win, blm dtg mknn, minuman sdh siap. Sejuk jg hati tggu skjp. Come to My Dream Restaurant.

Overall bilik hotel bersih,complete barang2 dia. Cuma tilam dia rasa bha spring besi2 dia tu. Prnh stay hotel lgi murah tilam dia lgi lembut brkualiti. Please owner tukar tu tilam kmu arh. Siukkk suda ni hotel tpi tilammm sakit balakang ohhh.
