Abbiamo prenotato con booking, la moglie di james, Brenda, e una guida del Parco e ci ha preparato il tour per i due giorni che saremmo stati con loro! Ci ha trovato anche posto per la canopy anche se eravamo fuori orario ed eravamo in 14! Fantastico! La struttura è una home stay! Esperienza come un local!

The old Geographic Society accommodation. A lovely location next to thr river and you can go to the Marriott for a drink / meal if you want. There is also a caffe just across the road that does excellent local dishes and beers. A 30min walk from park entrance. |The rooms here are basic but comfortable enough. Cold water only. No A/C|But James & Brenda are the reason you stay here. James is very chatty and full of advice. Amazing Brenda runs the tours. Small group tours, she organises everything. It was the most unforgettable experience.

We're currently staying here. This is the place to stay in Mulu. The owners are very professional and attentive. They are distinguished locals , James being multiple generation and Brenda being a Singaporean who has lived here for the past 30+ years. They have made the stay incredibly easy. They have booked our activities and given us invaluable advice and even a history of the local area. There are plenty of places in the park and around this location to purchase water and food. Breakfast was purchased here and it was fine. Cash is king, so bring plenty. It does get hot during the day, but we're not hanging in the room at that time anyway. The nights are pleasant . I'm a light sleeper and had no problems. It was actually a little cool last night. Temperature is fine in the morning and at night. Rooms are clean
Bathroom is located inside rooms like a normal hotel. Don't think twice , just book it!

Great location only a k or so away from the Park Office. Owners Brenda and James can’t do enough for you and happily run you to and from the airport, or to the park entrance at the drop of a WhatsApp message. Brenda is a top guide to boot. Basic rooms but that’s reflected in the price - Marriott across the bridge way pusher but way more expensive. It’s your choice.

Soggiorno incantevole in un luogo di grande bellezza. Homestay molto comodo anche se un po' caro (ma tutto a Mulu è molto costoso). La proprietaria fornisce molti interessanti dettagli sulla fauna e la flora locali nonché sugli usi e costumi degli abitanti del luogo. È inoltre possibile effettuare delle bellissime visite guidate. La posizione è molto comoda in quanto vicina ad un molo e alla Bukit Pala con la sua grotta. Inoltre i proprietari effettuano servizio di taxi da e verso l'entrata del parco. Vicino c'è anche un ristorante buonissimo. Le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose. La colazione non è molto abbondante ma è comunque buona. Assolutamente consigliato e spero davvero di tornarci

We stayed at Mulu Village for 4 nights and had a great time! The rooms and bathroom are clean and in good condition. James and Brenda are very friendly and will give you all the information you need.

Einfache Unterkunft, welche von äusserst freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern geführt wird. James und Brenda machen einen tollen Job mit ihrer herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Art.
