Did a 2pax 90min body massage promotion at RM298.
We were given an option to use scented flavours like lavender at a small additional cost but we skip as we felt the smell was slightly mild.

Counter staff welcome and greeted us. Environment was calming and relaxing.
Tea is provided in the waiting area before and after the massage.

Our masseurs were great. They adjusted their pressure according to our preferences. Aircon was adjusted as we felt abit cold from it. Massage hits all the perfect spots. Felt really comfortable and sleepy after it.

The massage experience was superb! My session included a 1 hour foot massage and a 1hour body massage.

Foot Massage: The 1 hour foot massage was excellent and very relaxing.
Body Massage: The body massage was also good and relieved all my knots. The techniques used were different from any other massages I've had before, which made the experience unique and highly surprised.

I was super satisfied with the service, and this place is definitely on my list for strong, effective massages. I will definitely come back again if I need a strong massage.

Massage : 👍 good strength and point pressure. Feels like the masseuse is those experience kind. Some places after an hour they will slack abit like super gentle when you falling asleep but not for here.

Cons: It will be better if there’s movie screening for leg massage.
No free transportation. Abit too dark at leg massage area

This massage place is dam good! This is our 2nd time and we tried the 90mins - Head, foot and shoulder massage. Dam shiok and recommend the masseur number:100! Can feel the strength, sincerely and skills from them! Feels so energetic after that.
Love it and the environment is so cosy ! Will be back again! Must try.

I regret to say that my recent massage experience was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, it seems I may have encountered a string of bad luck. The masseur's technique left much to be desired; the pressure was either excessively painful or far too light, resulting in a rather unsatisfactory treatment. During the foot massage, when I requested a reduction in pressure, the response was minimal, as it felt more like a gentle touch on my toes rather than a proper massage. The body massage was similarly problematic; the pressure applied was overwhelming, and at one point, I felt as though I was being pressed down into the bed. After expressing my discomfort and asking for a different approach, I received only a brief three minutes of effective massage. I sincerely hope this experience is an anomaly and not indicative of future visits.

Towel had stains on it.
Hated cold towels after the massage.
I wanted her to stop cos I think she would have hurt me by doing the entire body weight on my back. Really wasted my money on this bad massage. 2 hrs wasted and gained so much pain

This was the worst massage experience I've had in my 38 years. I asked the masseur to reduce the pressure, but after a while, they went back to using excessive force. The next day, I could see visible marks on my leg from the rough treatment. I strongly advise not to come here anymore!

First time visiting Mu Spa and exceeded my expectations. If you enjoy the slightly harder massage for more relieve after, this is a perfect place. Masseuse tackled all my muscle knots. I did a foot + back + Shoulder and it was a very nice experience . Will love to come back in the future
