Good location, about 5-10mins walk to Jonker street, room is clean, heater pressure is very good, got game machine for kids to play, open car park, opposite the Guest house, got KK mart, restaurant etc... very convenience. Overall is good stay, will come again next time. Wifi a bit slow, hope owner can improve it.

Modern House quiet with very good location.
Maintenance was poor, the trash was not changed in the common areas during our 3 day stay, we had hair everywhere in our room, we had to ask for toilet paper…
No relationship with staff who leaves snacks and drinks outside
I would recommend that place for the location that’s all.

the room wasn't cleaned enough, but very comfortable at all.
also, the window hard to open and close. be maintainful.
and better to teach the staff quick or short english to greet people or guest.

pro:
-location was great, short distance to the centre
-very calm neighbourhood
-great concept (but needs a lot of improvements, see below)
-the cat

con:
-our room wasn't clean at all, hair/stains/dust
-the AC was leaking so bad we had to move the bed
-couldn't open any window properly, the air gets really bad
-the staff (two guys) were a little odd, respectfully. zero english skills, didn't greet/look us at any time. they were always on their phones playing loud music or singing as if they're alone

The environment there is great, and the decor is beautiful. Although some hidden corners of the room have a bit of dust, it’s still acceptable. Most importantly, the staff there are very nice—they smile at us as soon as they see us.

Pleasant homestay in a quiet neighbourhood (across from Casa De Rio hotel) but close to action! There is a parking lot in front of the house but I parked by the side of the road, right at the entrance. There is nice kitchen and living room with Ninento machine which my kids play with everyday! Super comfy beds (mine was family room) and clean bathroom and all…the only thing I would suggest to improve is to use a darker shade of blind -as it can be bright for noon naps. Other than that, the place is perfect for a short trip / backpacking with the price we pay. I have only seen one staff working and he is helpful when needed. My kids said they don’t mind coming back to stay ☺️

1. The water pressure from the shower was very low, making it difficult to wash hair.
2. There was no mirror provided in the room.
3. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor.

オランダ広場から徒歩7-8分くらいの立地。
キングサイズベッドの個室に3泊しました。
お洒落で清潔、快適で女性1人にもオススメです。
必要なアメニティも室内に揃ってます。共用の広いキッチンに無料のコーヒーや紅茶、水があります。
徒歩2分くらいのところにコインランドリーもあり助かりました。
予約の手違いで、2泊目にオーナーからチェックアウトの連絡がきて焦りましたが、、、。
働いているスタッフはインドネシア人で、インドネシア在住の私はマラッカの色々を聞けて楽しかったです。
リピートしたい宿です。ありがとう。
