This guesthouse is a nice place to stay, as it's conveniently located near the heart of Georgetown, with attractions and delicious local food all within walking distance!
The rooms are spacious, and the staff is very friendly.
However, I noticed two downsides:
- I would suggest improving the air conditioning in the upper-floor rooms.
- Noise can be an issue — you can hear sounds from both inside and outside. If you're sensitive to noise, it might be a problem.

Having been informed by Aayu that my accommodation had been changed at the last minute due to a technical issue, they offered me The Melayu Villa and oh boy what a pleasant surprise. It was just wonderful as I always dreamt of staying in a place like it. The location was magnificent too. The help we received from the staff, Lava in particular was nothing less than excellent. We would definitely book it again.

A very nice guesthouse in the heart of Georgetown! The house is typical of the neighborhood, very clean, and full of charm. We stayed in the guesthouse’s suite, a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. All the amenities are there: air conditioning, a well-designed space… And most importantly, a host with impeccable kindness! We highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking to stay in Georgetown for a few days. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Such a great guesthouse! I spent here three nights and I would recommend it to anyone.The location is ideal, to start. The bed is comfortable, and the room is a decent size.The guesthouse deserves a lot of praise..

Nice place to stay a few days. If you are sensitive to noises don't take the upper floors. There is no window to the hallwayside so you hear all the in-hotel noises.
Also I would recommend some more cups, plates etc (and sugar for coffee)

Great host and staff...guest house has common kitchen to get free coffee/tea with daily fresh bread. Have common fridge to put own purchases.

Perfect location. Walking distance to all nice photo spots in Georgetown. Super super super convenient. Many hipster cafes around that you can try every day
