Saya telah mengunjungi cawangan McDonald's di StarMall dan ingin menyuarakan rasa kecewa terhadap sikap sesetengah kakitangan. Mohon agar pihak kakitangan tidak bersikap sambil lewa dalam menjalankan tugas. Saya faham bahawa ayam goreng mempunyai had masa tertentu untuk kekal panas, tetapi janganlah dipanaskan semula dan dihidang kepada pelanggan. Pelanggan membayar menggunakan wang hasil usaha mereka, bukan kertas kosong. Selain itu, layanan di kaunter juga sangat tidak memuaskan. Diharap pihak pengurusan dapat mengambil tindakan sewajarnya untuk memperbaiki mutu perkhidmatan.

The place is very hot. The service was so slow even it’s not a peak hours or a lot of orders or even or crowded. Too much chattering at the kitchen and front desk but not working fast.

Very friendly staff. The manager guides me on how to order and speaks English fluently. They also have drive through facility even though there's no drive through lane.. you just park your car in the designated McD parking lots, their customer service will come to you to get your orders. Unique experience.
