Had my very first experience at this hair spa salon, and I’m honestly blown away, 1000/10! From the moment I stepped in, everything felt so welcoming. The drinks and cakes were superb!

Attended by Alice, who was absolutely great, super friendly, gentle, and made the whole experience even better.

The treatment was fantastic. The massage, hot stone, and the “waterfall” part (I think that’s what it’s called!) were so relaxing. The environment was cozy and peaceful. Definitely the best hair spa in Miri!

Just one small suggestion, The bed could be a little more comfortable around the neck area. I felt a bit stiff after lying down for an hour.

Also, the scalp scanning machine was such a cool feature. It really opened my eyes to how much care my scalp and hair actually need 😅

I first visited this salon last year for a hair wash, and returned recently for the same service along with a trim for my bangs. I clearly communicated and showed the stylist that I wanted curtain bangs, and although she acknowledged and agreed, the final result was completely different from what I requested. I am very disappointed with the outcome, especially as a returning customer who traveled from outside of Miri. Additionally, the staff appear to require further training. Given that my hair is layered, the stylist should have known how to style it appropriately rather than simply straightening it. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.

First visit. Booked a director cut (RM80) through their site, got WhatsApp confirmation. Arrived early, no long wait.

The salon is calm, forest-themed, and well-kept.

Director hairstylist Samantha was quite professional. I told her my hair history abroad—Shiseido smoothening, Manulux keratin, digital perm, etc. She said my current hair is healthy, strong and thick. Was recommended to do soft rebonding next time—no hard selling. Never once felt judged.

Spoke in mixed English and Chinese. She still understood and replied clearly.

Cut from waist to above chest, added layers and side bangs. Looks clean, light, and flatters my round face.

Happy with the result. Will return for soft rebonding next time.

hmmm idk why all the reviews that I read here are all good reviews and saying that they satisfied with the service. Maybe its only me that not being treated well? But overall the haircut experience is okay. Just a bit overwhelmed by the staffs cause they were not that welcoming

My first visit to the hair spa wasn’t very pleasant, but then they offered me another complimentary hair spa to make up for it. On my second visit, the service was excellent and I truly enjoyed the experience. I appreciate their effort in turning things around, and I’ll definitely consider coming back.

First visit and I’m impressed! Came for a scalp hair treatment and was greeted with such warmth the moment I walked in…the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming.

They started by scanning my scalp and clearly explained the issues and treatment steps, including the duration and products used. Super detailed👍I really appreciated that! You also get to choose your preferred essential oil for the massage part, which adds a nice personal touch.

The whole process was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. Plus, they even let you pick a drink and a slice of cake (the yam cake was delicious!)😆

After the treatment, they showed me the “after” scan of my scalp..it looked so clean and refreshed. You can really see the difference! I love that they’re confident in their results.

Overall, the experience was exceptional. The environment is calm and beautifully done, and the staff are just lovely. Definitely coming back again!

Beautiful space with friendly & very understanding staff. Came from Brunei with my mother , we’re Muslim women & staff made sure to double check every detail with us to ensure our comfortability. Even family & friends were impressed & asked where we went to get our haircuts🥹 Definitely going to be coming again
