这间名宿真的不行，金玉其外，败絮其中。里面插座都有问题，冷气热水器都没有function。两天冲冷水澡就算了，你的冷气根本不冷。。说会安排技术人员过来，结果把冷气control都收走了？！热水器也是没办法修看了就走了？这个是什么烂民宿。非常不好的体验。0⭐

It was actually good. But I need to contact more than 1 person to book this place and to ask anything bout this place. Poor service. I stayed for 2 nights. I checked out on Monday ( February 7) but today Thursday (February 10) I still didn't receive my deposit refund. They said they changed the manager so my refund process need to be hold. That's makes me frustrated. Very poor service.

Terrible.. Please do not ever try to book this homestay.. Bad management.. We booked the homestay two months early and they supposedly get ready with everything. . When we came.. There is no electricity..we need to call and inform them.. Need to wait for TNB.. They told us that this is cause from TNB side.. Meaning that they already know this house got problem buy they still open for booking.. When we called and ask.. The HOD, Mr. David pretend he do not know about this issue.. Then we also complaint about the cleanliness and there are some arguments.. He said that we are rude to him.. He also asked his staff (3malay staff) that helping us to run away from that house... He is really irresponsible person..
The house dirty.. We booked via airbnb and there is charge for cleaning but no cleaning.. aircond in master room is not cold.. Some heater cannot use.. Surrouding house also not clean..we had to wait them to do cleaning.. wasting our time.. Everything settled at 6pm..imagine from 3pm we waited with the babies..

After booking and payment was done few days after only they inform actually the house is already booked by someone earlier. Poor management and services. Pls think twice before booking with them, very irresonsible property. Waste our time and now we need to look for another property and CNY is near around the corner. Totally frustrated!!

Worst experiences ever, problematic plug, aircond not cold, no lights in 1 room, water heater no function, no house cleaning, dirty, TV air cons controllers no battery, but rental fees few thousands. If no maintain pls don't rent to others!!
