Bilik bersih dan kemas. Order family room. Dpt 2 katil Queen size. Sesuai lah utk org yg ada anak. Aircond berfungsi dgn baik. Kemudahan pun baik. Overall okay dan puas hati 💜❤

Please laa jgn book hotel nie…ctmer service mcm siallllll….dh byar full booking masa nk masuk minta lgi rm50.. knpa masa byar full booking x minta extra rm50….lps tu x bgi masuk hotel …giler teruk punya service …masuk awal ke lewat ke itu hak kita sbb dh byar full booking..mmg band hotel nie…very……bad service….

saya ambil satu bilik bersama 2 rakan saya, satu katil bujang, satu katil queen. semuanya selesa, cuma kemudahan seperti almari tiada, peti ais tiada, lain2 ok, puas hati.

The customer service of this hotel is exceptional and the staff are kind and attentive. The rooms are large and the beds are really comfortable.

I stayed for a week solo and was working remotely, the internet was fast and reliable and for evenings to wind down they have smart tv with Netflix.

Its like a Rumah Tumpangan. No Reception. Called up as its walk in. A mynmar guy came and open the door. Room was ok with 2 beds and bathroom was little spacious. We checked in close to midnight with rm 50 deposit. Next day checked out by 12noon. Next day morning we went out to visit same places. We couldnt check out as we stuck at some other place. I rang up the place and said will be late. I ask per for extension. I.was shocked of my life. Per hour RM 30. I done till 2pm. ( RM 60 ). Again i called up the incharge and said i couldnt make it . So extend till 4pm. Another RM 60. Total rm 120 for 4 hours of extension which is equals to 1 day stay. When i bring up the issue to the incharge, she said each hotel has different policy and rules written on the back of door. Hello incharge, do you think guest have idea about the rules which you purposely put in a hidden place. SMART BUSINNESS TECHNIQUE.
At the entrace, you put contact number to book the room. You display Bank QR payment.. PAYMEMT INFO AT THE ENTRANCE. THEN RULES FOR EXTENSION ALSO MUST STATED THERE AND NOT SOMEWHERE GUEST CANNOT SEE. Defintely ITS A SCAM to get money from the guest.

Upon making paymnet and deposit . To get the keys their staff is asking again for the ic to show the booking details name which drags lots of time. Eventually they see u staking there also they take their sweet time to walk towards u. And the bathroom was after some repairing I guess it was not washed and I had to washed it . And tv not working the remote is not working.
