Overall, my friend and I had a pleasant trip at Luca Camp. The staff were attentive and nice, and the environment and vibes were great and chill.

We were quite hungry before dinner was served, but surprisingly, the staff prepared it quickly, so we got to eat a bit earlier than the scheduled time. Lovely! 😌

I really liked their common bathrooms — everything was well maintained! The only thing is that the water heaters in every unit didn’t heat up 🥲 even when turned to the max…

The only thing that left me speechless the next morning was that some guests didn’t flush the toilet! Two whole units… I truly believe the toilet flushes weren’t broken! Come on, people — can you please have some basic manners? It’s already 2025 — do you still not know how to flush after using the toilet? 🙄 Please don’t ruin other people’s lovely trip and such a nice campsite…

差评差评差评！两年前来过觉得服务环境食物工作人员都很好，看现在有了新房型想着再来体验一下没想到那么失望！以前有welcome drink提前开好空调还能提前进入营地，现在什么都没有不说，2.30分到达营地还被关在大门外被工作人员告知3.才能进入营地，就算没到入住时间是不是也可以让我们在营地停车场等候呢？再来最严重的蚊虫问题，在这种地方户外有虫子也是很合理，但是在门窗关闭的房间里有蟑螂就是你们的责任了吧，就算让我们自己携带杀虫剂，你是不是应该在屋内放一些蟑螂魔盒？？蟑螂都爬上床了，不敢想象如果那个时间关灯睡觉了蟑螂是不是会在脸上爬来爬去，马上联系了工作人员得不到回复不说，开着灯担惊受怕睡了一晚，第二天也等不来工作人员的回复直接无视蟑螂的问题连句抱歉都没有，工作人员的态度才是失望的源头！不会再来了！

Nice place for a city getaway. We booked a night which includes dinner and breakfast. Dinner was steamboat and BBQ. We were provided with 1 chicken whole leg, 1 piece of lamb and two packs of bacon. The place is tranquil with the buzzing of cicada and constant flowing of water. They are building a mini pool too and I think it will be a great addition. At night when the cicada stop buzzing you hear intermittently hear traffic noise from Karak highway. It's a good place to disconnect and just enjoy mother nature. Do bring your own card or board games while you sit back and relax. We would love free flow of coffee and tea throughout the day.

The check-in time is 3PM, reached there 2:30PM and the main gate is locked, the staff then came out and told us we can only go in 3PM, we have to wait in our vehicle till the check-in time. It was a wonderful night with cockroach and bug, feedback to the boss but got ignored instead, been told to bring own pesticide. Have to wash the cutlery by our own, otherwise a rm10 charges is applied.

Went to Luca with friends during Raya Holiday. We booked a cottage and it was
really worth it. The cottage is spacious and with nice lighting.

The staff there are friendly and do things efficiently. The environment is good but there‘s SO MANY BIG BUGS and insects, especially when we had steamboat under the light. Just abit disappointed that the campfire is so small and couldn't give me the vibe. Overall experience is good. Will definitely visit Luca again.

Took my partner for a short getaway here and I’m absolutely MIND-BLOWN by how good this place is!

The tent was well maintained and equipped with comfy beds as well as an aircond! The moment we got there they had prepared the room and had the aircond running so it was cold and nice🥰

Environment was very chill and quiet. The area came with multiple shared bathrooms(with water heater), a multipurpose hall, some tables and chairs for people to drink or chit chat, and a fish pond! So many spots here are instagram worthy!

Food served was very decent. We thought the hotpot ingredients wouldn’t be enough but to our surprise, we couldn’t even finish them! All the food as well as cookware were delivered right to your tent. You didn’t even need to move to get food!

Last but not least, the service crew here was TOP NOTCH 🤩
I couldn’t find a single thing to comment because they did their jobs so well. Very attentive to demands and made sure your place was clean and tidy! One of them even helped to get bugs out of our tent!

If there’s one thing I can share, especially to people who don’t like bugs, you can choose other time slots as March - May is cicada season. And you would find yourself dodging them like bullets at night 😥

Overall other than the bugs, I had nothing to complain about. Splendid job on everything and we really enjoyed our stay. Will find time to come back again ☺️☺️❤️

Very enjoy to stay here. Not much activity ，basically for gathering with friend or family and playing some board game or chitchat. Clean environment and friendly and helpful staff！ will come again！

A very nice & clean camp site at Bukit Tinggi.
The dinner portion given was generous and the black pepper chicken is so delicious.
Just the aircond in room got water leaking and luckily my sis saw it because we were charging our phone below the air cond.
Most happy with the river. Overall a very great experience with Luca Camp
