During booking we ordered ground floor as most of our family members were senior citizens. The owner promised to give us ground floor but when reached there he told us no more rooms at ground floor as all fully booked . No choice we have to take first floor 😡😡😡 Another disappointed one is the food they served during dinner. Suppose to have fresh seafood as it is located near the sea, yet the steam prawns, sambal squid and stingray wrapped in aluminum foil were all not fresh. BBQ chicken wings taste OK but can see the bones were already turned black which also indicate that is not fresh.
Feedback to the owner, he told us that the seafood were bought in the morning and is fresh 😡😡😡😡😡😡. Location is far end and we went there by boat. View is nice unfortunately there were too many fish farms near by.

吃的是真的差 因为单人费用比较高 但是吃的也不到位 两天的伙食几乎都一样而且超普通 除了晚餐不一样罢了 而且吃的东西也不新鲜 特别是海鲜 不然就是冷冻食品

服务态度3分
所有东西感觉都在坑钱 全部算特别贵 在这里外面可能买的东西Rm135 可以买到了 他卖我们Rm180 甚至在隔天跟他买回同样东西 可以算我们Rm190

住宿3分
因为几乎都要7-8人睡一间如果多人来的话 床是上下铺的

最终的结论是 尽量能不来这里就不来 这里还有很多其他的名宿可以去的 就这间最差！

一言难尽的3天2夜，跟亲戚朋友一起来钓鱼。度假屋服务完全不行❌食物全部都是冷藏食品。每一项服务征收service tax可以理解，service tax收了service 却不到位。特别是语气，还要看员工脸色，简直花钱买难受‼️
里面售卖的东西价钱高至两倍‼️价格贵，不值得来‼️

Highly recommended chalet to stay in while visiting Kukup! Lady manager very friendly as well. Highlight of my trip was the uncle attached in the photo. Very nice to me and taught me how to use the fishing net. Very friendly as well, enjoyed spending my time here.

Pool is big enough and clean, view is really good as well, can see the high/low tides.

Need to take a ferry here though, quite far inside. Food was extremely good, with free-flow drinks as well.

Recommended to come stay here!!

我们为了不让老人家爬楼梯和需要双人床才预定此名宿。
不推荐此住宿，住过那么多间，此间服务态度最烂，尤其是语气，好像花钱买罪受

好：最尾端，三面环海，冷气冷

坏：服务态度极差，早餐食物拿多一点还未吃，就过来说拿那么多，您们吃的完吗？重点我们还有10-15人还未起来用餐，拿多一点，是担心没有食物吃。第一天的下午茶食物不够吃。
第一天入住，厕纸只剩下1/5，也没有换新的，要求补厕纸，就说知道了，但是还是没有给。第二天再要求，才给。
隔音效果很差，mic没有力很旧还要对到正确的位置才有声音出来，开大声一点，回音震耳欲聋。
电动车载行李和老人家到大街，态度不好，还不知要载去哪里？明明carpark还是名宿安排，老人家哪里知道或记得，不是电动车司机要询问老板吗？
食物不特别出色。

Cheapest option available, seems like it's newly renovated. It's a corner villa, last one from the boat ride. Food tastes not as good as the other one. Large living area/rooms, downside to no.3 was ppl thought that our rooms led to toilet cause the swimming pool is just outside one of our rooms and the toilet is towards the other side.
They have fly traps around so lesser house flies around.
Downside is when food is ready, its more of buffet style, they don't cover the food while slowly calling visitors to eat. They go 1-4 or 5? So if your room is 4/5 you might have lesser food. Attendants seems less friendly.

Great stay! Being the last unit, the view is excellent. Suitable for big group. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff, especially LiYu, are very helpful. She will advise on available activities and its cost.

Food is average, and activities there mainly massage, table tennis, pools, table soccer and swimming in the small pool.

Quite far off the main road, would advise to rent an electric bicycle for RM100 a day if you intend to move around much.

Safe for motorcycle parking if you intend to ride there.
