If you go very fast from 8am to 1pm you can do the summit (you have to climb here in 1h20 maximum), then you can to to the waterfall and refreshing 10 minutes, then viewpoint (yellow trail). But you have to go very fast all the 16km

Kubah National Park is quite a challenging place to hike. Although most of the trail is cemented, the incline can be steep at times. The total distance for a round trip is close to 10KM, which feels like a mini marathon. It is recommended to bring some snacks to recharge your energy along the way.
Although there is a mention of a mini frog pond, when we visited, it felt quite desolate as there didn’t seem to be any frogs around.
As for the scenery, it is a nice experience for those who enjoy being surrounded by nature.

Berempat hiking ke Kubah National Park. Kalau datang awal dapatlah parking di dalam kawasan national park sebab lot parking terhad. Kami park kereta di tepi jalan menghala ke national park. Tidak jauh pun.
Perlu buat pendaftaran online di pondok pintu masuk. Scan sahaja gunakan handphone dan isi maklumat peribadi. Ada renjer yang ramah sedia membantu. Bayaran RM10 seorang. Jangan lupa check-out bila balik.
Ada 5 trail di sini. Laluan dipilih adalah Waterfall Trail. Cabaran moderate dengan jarak 1.5 km daripada laluan utama yang bersimen. Masa pergi laluan adalah menurun dan semestinya menaik semasa pulang. Ada anak anak sungai sepanjang laluan waterfall trail ini
Akhirnya sampai ke air terjun sangat cantik selepas lebih kurang sejam perjalanan (kederat orang tua). Terdapat satu tumbuhan unik di pertengahan jalan. Ia berbau busuk seperti sampah dan tidak hairan ia dihurung oleh langau!

A very thrilling 7 kilometres long hiking trail to the mountain peak. Rich in greenery flora with breathaking scene. Variety of fauna surrounding the serene forest too, making our presence not be felt alone. Provided with concrete trail, some may like it whilst others do not. Personally, I feel the concrete trail is pretty much challenging for the descending process as our sole needs to have proper grip and strength on the quite slippery surface. The view uphill is really majestic anyway, nothing much to talk about as everyone should be there themselves in order to fully have a mesmerising opportunity of this beautiful view. For improvements, I hoped that the officer could inform us earlier that some paths are inaccessible through any media regardless of the reason as we planned to have a visit to the waterfall site initially, and hopefully there are more improvements of the facilities provided at the top of the mountain viewing area such as more seating space, toilets, or any shelter with roof which would give more convenience and safety for the hikers.

I arrived at the park entrance at 7:30am on a Sunday, which was timely as the roadside parking was filling up fast. Else you’ll need to park a further distance away. I came here to hike up to the summit and it took me around 3 hours of active hiking time. A walking stick certainly helps as the incline can be quite steep and long in certain sections.

Registration was easy and don’t forget to check out using the same QR code by scanning it when you exit.

Some good treks but get there before 10am as it closes at 3pm unless you are staying over. Did the Waterfall trail which took 3hrs from entrance and back.

I was hiking Mount Serapi which is 2600 feet for 5km. It was really difficult due to the incline track. Make sure to get trained before hiking here. although the track is very good but at some point especially 2300 feet and above the track become mossy. So, make sure to wear suitable shoes to avoid injury.
