Tried a variety of dishes, including Nasi Lemak, Mee Hoon Kuih (both dry and soup versions), Mee Rebus, and some beverages. Here's my overall impression:

Taste & Pricing: The flavors were generally satisfying and matched the price point well.

Unique Feature: Notably, this restaurant doesn’t serve ikan bilis with their Nasi Lemak. Instead, they use fried spiced meat rolls cut into pieces as a substitute, which was surprisingly enjoyable.

Dish Highlights:

Nasi Lemak: Served with yellow rice and a fried drumstick. The rice was standard in taste, while the drumstick, though slightly over-fried, still turned out quite nice.

Mee Hoon Kuih (Dry & Soup): Both versions were delightful, showcasing a handmade, chewy texture that stood out.

Mee Rebus: A bit disappointing as the noodles were overcooked, making them too soft and lacking the usual "mee" texture.

Nice old school restaurant. Clean place, nice coffee and delicious local food. Good pitstop for lunch before driving further up.

Best pit stop between Johor Baru and Kuala Lumpur. White coffee has a special flavor and the toast is crispy. Good efforts to create a coffee shop with a traditional Nanyang style in this little town. Worth the drive.
