I recently visited this Ayurvedic spa for a full-body massage with an additional hot press, as suggested by the consultant after discussing our specific areas of pain and tension. While we appreciated the initial consultation, the overall experience left much to be desired.

Firstly, the space lacked proper privacy. The spa room was separated from the office area by only curtains, with no doors or dividers to provide a sense of seclusion. This made it difficult to relax, as the noise from outside—including conversations and other activities—was constantly audible, even with calming music playing in the background.

The appointment was for two people, but only one therapist was initially available. My friend had to wait for a considerable time without any explanation or update, which felt unprofessional. Privacy was another issue, as therapists would walk in and out through the curtains without prior notice, which was quite uncomfortable.

As for the massage itself, it was mediocre at best. The therapist didn’t seem to focus on the areas we specifically highlighted during the consultation. For instance, my friend emphasized her headache, and while a full-body massage was recommended, the head massage lasted only 5-7 minutes and felt rushed. Only after requesting additional attention to the head did the therapist spend a bit more time and effort, but the overall experience still fell short of expectations.

Additionally, the space was warm, and the air conditioning was barely noticeable due to the open layout, which added to the discomfort.

Overall, while the initial consultation showed promise, the lack of privacy, unprofessional communication, noisy environment, and subpar massage techniques made the experience disappointing. For the price and time spent, I expected much better. I hope the spa addresses these issues to improve the customer experience in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Ayur Massage. The ambiance was serene and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. Basically Ayurvedic treatment to relieve stress...But this Jeeva Ayurvedic treatment made me stress..Im huge fan of Ayurvedic treatment..I regularly done treatment at KL... this Jeeva Ayurvedic center service are not properly done.. the JEEVA LADY was having RUDE face and not welcoming at all...there were so rushing doing the treatments...my total session was 2 hour, but they just finished in 45 min and took another customer in my time. I didn't judge them in 1 visit ~ I went there 3 times and each time they were doing the same. So, I stop going because of the behaviour and rushness...kindly improvise the behaviour..thank you

Went to this Spa like a month ago. Did they facial package. Good to go as they just started to intro the package. Jeeva akka intro me this soap for my pimples and black marks and YES, after one month i can see changes like fading and also some glow on my face 😀. Definitely recommend this to people who ever having pimples/acne issues
