Food is out of service after 6pm.
Nothing much here.
Toilet stink and NOT even clean
Tandas najis kat lantai berbau busuk.
Makanan lepas 6pm tidak akan hantar keluar lagi.
Urut tak cantik dan sakit.

Prices increased. Full package now is 258 Ringgit. Food quality lately has been inconsistent. Some days very good. Some bad.

Place seems to be getting crowded these days and service quality is degrading. May want to consider other places as there are now many more other spa choices to choose from in the market.

The hot pool temperature is not very hot and sometimes oil and scum can be seen on the water surface. Their other branch, Pavillion Spa has much better facilities but that is about it.

Closing time is at about 3am. If you are looking for a place to pass the time for a short jam at the causeway, this spa may be an option.

For longer jams at the causeway, you may want to consider other spas nearby that open till 5am or 24/7.

Current plus point is its convenient location.

For modes of payment, Touch and Go Wallet (similar to PayNow in Singapore) is accepted without additional charges.

They do not accept credit card payment. It is either cash or paynow, but note the exchange rate they used is $2.90. For an establishment that customer might spend up to a few hundreds, not having card payment option is really inconvenience

Been there a few times not bad. But recently I went there the pool is so Damm dirty got oil floating and inside the pool got algae. Wondering did they even changed the water? Maybe the cost of changing the water and washing the pool is very high hence they didn't change it. Imagine yourself soaking inside the hot pool with oil and algae, you are having party with all the bacteria. YUCKS!!!!
Anyway, I won't be going there soon until they do something.

Stone’s throw away from KSL mall. There is a range of services available here - Essentially those who visit know what they are coming for. “Masseuse” was amiable & accommodating - Overall satisfied with my visit, although wish location was nearer to the causeway.

Service is good. Captain Ong will recommend the best staff for you. Environment is pretty clean and there is a pool, jacuzzi and sauna to chill in.

The service for this SPA is very bad no food after 6pm. we inform the Captain. He just answer us no food after 6pm. After office hour customer only free for Spa but HV Spa is no provide additional food if the food finish after 6pm. We feel the customer services is very bad.
