My foot was hurting because I stand frequently at work. Tried their foot massage here and surprisingly my pain is relieved. It has been a few days and the pain has not returned. Though they could improve by changing their towels to softer ones. The ones they used felt very rough on my feet.

I took Jasmine spa's massage service for 1 hour. The lady who did the massage was very nice. She did her job sincerely and in last she suggested me that i must drink "teh halia madu".Also, the owner/A person i dealt with was good. She patiently listened to my instruction and further communicate to the lady who did the massage.
I forgot to ask the name of the lady who massage but I will ask when I will go next time.
So, overall it was a nice experience. Thank you

I had an hour and a half pedicure at this store which cost me RM90, I was very dissatisfied and felt that this person was not professionally trained! As well as poor professionalism!

This HASANAH staff, without moving and relaxing any of my hand/foot knuckles, and the surrounding muscles, she yanked my 5 fingers and 10 toes so hard that my hand was in too much pain and the other one was being yanked and I said NO with a gesture.
I am now an hour away from the store, the torn places are still numb, especially my left hand, it is difficult to pick up my bag, move a little bit of pain.

Massaging the acupressure points on the bottom of my feet by just applying repeated pressure to one spot and rubbing my legs heavily with a towel also hurt.

I was planning to rest my eyes during the massage, but she kept chatting the whole time, and the massage was so inattentive that I couldn't get a good rest. It's really hard to comment on this kind of professionalism.

Because of the language barrier, I was unable to express my claims and grievances on the spot.
So I wrote this review in the hope that the owner would communicate with me and that you would read my review.

我在这家店做了一个半小时的足疗，花了我90令吉，我很不满意，感觉这位没有专业培训过！以及职业素养很差！

这位 HASANAH 员工，她在没有活动，放松我任何手/脚的指骨，以及周围的肌肉情况下，使劲硬拽我的5个手指头，十个脚趾头，我手实在太疼了另外一只在拽的时候我用动作表示的no。
我现在距离店有一个小时了，被扯过的地方到现在还是发麻的状态，尤其是我的左手，很难拎起我的包，活动一下都疼。

按摩脚底的穴位时候也只是反复施压在一个位置，用毛巾重重的擦腿也很疼。

我本来打算趁按摩时间闭目休息，可是她全程一直在聊天，加上按摩动作很不用心，我无法得到良好休息。这种职业素养实在不好评价。

因为语言不通的原因，我无法当场表达的诉求和不满。
于是写下这篇评价，希望店主能和我沟通，也希望大家能看到我的评价。
