I came for a business trip and was warmly welcomed by the door staff. Receptionist was responsive and helpful—although I arrived earlier than check-in time, they arranged to keep my luggage safely. The room is huge, very clean, and comfortable for resting. I managed to enjoy the pool in the evening with a beautiful sunset view. Location is excellent as it’s connected to a mall, with a hypermarket and food court just across the road. The hotel is spacious and often hosts government or private events, but it still feels well managed. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

If you ignore the pool, this is a great hotel. But the pool was a disaster. Half way between airport and waterfront, this large, busy hotel is full of locals. We were the only westerners we saw over 4 days!. Breakfast is great ( except the holiday Sunday which was crazy), great housekeepers, large rooms and reasonable amenities. Great sleep quality, cold fridge and attached to a discount mall with a hypermart/supermarket and lots of food outlets. Room service is terrific value and it comes fast. What lets this place down is the pool. During our four days the water was cloudy and dirty and it never improved. the loungers are old and mouldy and the entire area needs a refresh. I am not even sure the pool was hygenic and given it is featured in all the hotel photos, it was an awful disappointment. Grab to and from waterfront less that 20 malaysian return.

Overall, it was a great stay 👍🏻the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, the room was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. I also loved the beautiful view. However, I noticed a false eyelash on the blanket on my last day, which made me unsure whether the sheets or blanket had been changed before my stay 😬especially since I don’t use false eyelashes. Cleanliness could be improved slightly. Also, it would be even better if the breakfast had more variety. Still, I would recommend this hotel.

Good service from your front desk staff name Mr Petrus, his very kind & helpful for my check in purposes. For cleaner on service during my stay, her service very good especially cleanliness & she's very polite to me.For others staff at the counter not really treat me well & not friendly. Some show her not happy face to me.Kindly improve your counter service please !

Cozy and Convenient Stay!I had a good stay here. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. There’s also a daily shuttle to the waterfront area, just be aware it runs on a fixed schedule and needs to be booked in advance.The food was tasty, but since I stayed for 5 days, I do wish the menu changed a bit more. By the fifth day, I was already a bit bored with the same options.The hotel itself is huge and very clean. The waterfront is only about 15 minutes away (depending on traffic), and Grab rides are easy to get and affordable.Overall, it was a very cozy and relaxing stay. Great for those who prefer a quieter, less crowded location. Oh, and I booked a twin bed, but the beds were big enough that two people could easily sleep on one!Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

出人意外的惊喜！酒店前台给升级了一个270度视角的房间，从早到晚充满阳光。虽然已经超过10年，但保持干净整洁。早餐丰盛，性价比超高，强烈推荐！地库停车位充足，楼下更有大型商场和超市，食品用品应有尽有，超级方便！！

Service is great! We reached the hotel around 2 and they allowed us for early check-in and late check out at 1pm. The only thing lacking is that disposable toothbrush is not available. So you either bring your own or request for it.
