2 star Hotel. Front check in was smooth and efficient with friendly and helpful staff. Upon check-in, no bath towels in the room.. wifi not working... had to go down reception to ask for towels and check on correct WiFi access. ||The next day door card malfunction and were informed that they will send technician to check on the problem but after they rectified, they left our room door opened (unlocked) !!!!! This is a big minus.||Room and bedsheets were fairly clean.. can't expect much from a 2 star Hotel actually. Shower strength was weak. Tv only 4 channels..no safe in room.

Room was ok. But aircond not functioning well. Its hot inside especially in the afternoon. Have complained to receptionist and only solutions is moving to room with no window which we turn down as we afraid it may be much hotter since there's no window

Room is just ok
Loaction nearby segamat mall, lots of outlets; just walk for 3 minutes, right beside the hotel, bus station; the rhai foos outlet cafe is delicious; bug apple is inside there

A clean hotel. Very near to Segamat Sentral.
Restaurant not so much choice. Need to go down town for more choice. Internet signal is good.
