Our experience at this hotel in Batu Ferringhi was the worst we've ever had. We traveled as two families, driving 15 hours from Kuala Lumpur to enjoy our holiday, only to be told upon arrival that no rooms were available, despite having booked and paid for our stay through Agoda three days earlier. The hotel had even confirmed our reservation and guest details.

The situation was extremely frustrating. The hotel staff neither acknowledged their mistake nor made any effort to reallocate us to another room or provide a solution.

If you're considering staying at this hotel, I would strongly advise against it. Our experience was truly terrible, and it completely ruined our holiday.

Subject: Terrible Experience – Fraudulent Hotel, Rude Staff, and No Accountability

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but Hotel Sea Princess is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I booked two king-bed rooms through Agoda for September 14-16, 2024, fully paid and confirmed five days in advance. After driving 13 hours from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, I arrived at 8:00 PM with my family and friends, only to be told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked. Despite having paid in full, they denied my booking and refused to provide any room.

The staff was incredibly unprofessional. The receptionist handed me a phone number, claiming it was the manager. When I called, a woman answered, promised to handle the situation, then turned off her phone and disappeared. Another staff member, who clearly had no documentation or authority, directed me to his "Bengali boss," who bluntly told me to find another hotel on my own. Imagine being stranded in an unfamiliar city late at night after paying in full for a room!

This hotel not only took my money and left me stranded but provided no support, solutions, or alternatives. It's a complete scam. The hotel management is a disgrace, and their treatment of customers is unacceptable.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! They don’t honor confirmed bookings, and their staff is rude, dishonest, and incapable of solving any issues. This was a complete nightmare, and I plan to take legal action against them for violating my consumer rights. Do yourself a favor—book elsewhere, because this place will ruin your stay and your holiday!

Worst hotel ever stay. Room floor is dusty. Suddenly black out in the room at night and ask us to change room without giving us any touch. No toiletries. The red pillow is not wash. Toilet is dirty and no cover for drainage hole. Not recommend for this hotel.

Staff was rude, the room went blackout at 5am, the floor was full with ant, moldy, and i guess they never change the bedsheets, not recommended at all.
