Clean n simple .. Tapi kecewa sbb bilik yg i stay tu aircond mcm dh set timer untk setiap 1 jam .. I and husband dh try off the timer Byk kali .. but still off automatically bcause of the timer .. tak pasal2 bila i dah tido tetibe rase panas .. N setiap 1 jam trpaksa bgun utk on balik aircond tu .. Waktu utk rest n tido dh xrase mcm tido .. rase mcm sia2 je i stay Kt hotel nie.. Sorry to say that ..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 57 and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service provided.

Not only was the service top-notch, but the room itself was also impeccably tidy and comfortable. It was evident that great attention to detail had been paid to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bed was plush and inviting, and I had no trouble getting a restful night's sleep.

Additionally, I appreciated the convenience of the self-check-in process, which was seamless and hassle-free. As someone who has done self check-ins before, I found Hotel 57's process to be particularly efficient and user-friendly.

One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was the affordability of the room price. Despite the high level of service and comfort provided, the room rates were very reasonable, making Hotel 57 an excellent choice for travelers on a budget.

Hotel 57 is my go-to budget hotel whenever I visit the USJ area. Although the rooms are small, the convenience is unbeatable. It's right across from Mainplace Mall and within walking distance to the LRT. I've stayed here many times already and will definitely return!

Self check in is fast. Bed, pillow is comfy. Linen, towel, toilet is clean. AC and TV is new.

Room is two stars as advertised. Many review rated 5 star for room is inacurate. CAUTION: The mould at room 207 is very serious! Just 18hrs in the room, my clothes tinted with the smell of mold.

Minor issue: sound from hallway, cigarette smell from another room through the bathroom fan, toilet flushing or faucet sound from next room.

Bad instructions to follow and the elderly chinese lady sounded rude over the phone. First time in the world to go through contact less and self pay to check in for such a small motel. The rooms have very bad mouldy smell, room 202, 207….better to go for other hotels in USJ 9 or USJ 1.

First of all, this hotel is tremendously clean and located in a very strategic place (opposite mall). They are using a self-check in method and the process is quite fast too! No lift, unfortunately but the room is nice. They provided you with the shower gel but no dental kits. Overall, it was a great experience!
