I took the 90minutes traditional massage with a therapist by the name Reza. She was good. I just came back from hiking Mount Kinabalu, and it was the perfect massage for my body to recover. Really recommend this place for you to get your post mountain climb massage!

The massage was good! took the 60mins foot reflex + shoulder therapy. Great ambience and service. Had a very relaxing time here. Been experiencing muscle pull lately and I haven’t had any yet after the reflexology.

I paid over RM300++ for the service for me and my husband, but it fell far short of my expectations. The service I received for around RM60++ at Karamunsing was much better. I was truly disappointed. Despite reading negative reviews, I wanted to give it a chance until I experienced it myself.

My husband had the worst experience. His masseur was a man who didn't even try to give a proper massage. To make matters worse, his socks were smelly, adding to the unpleasant experience. My husband was in a terrible mood after the massage.

My experience was somewhat acceptable, as I had a female masseuse. Perhaps those who left good reviews received better service, but our experience was subpar. While the customer service was good, the masseur's lack of experience did not justify the price I paid.

Booked an appointment on 21/2/2024 and the experience was horrible. If u still decide to visit this place after reading this review then be prepared to be disappointed and feel disgusted afterwards. This review is from my own experience after my massage.
1) Massseuse was not skilled at all. I’ve been to a fair share of spas and this one doesn’t seem to train their masseuse properly as the one who gave me the massage did not follow a flow and the strength of the masseuse was not consistent. One minute it feels like she is putting in strength and the next feels like she’s just touching my body and waiting for the time to finish.
2) Receptionist seems sleazy in my opinion and u have to pay upfront first before getting the massage.
3) Place seems unhygienic and has damp sheets with a musty smell. The smell is similar to clothes that are not fully dry that has been kept in the closet for a long time. The place overall is a bit disgusting.
4) The price is a bit too pricey for a horrible massage with a masseuse that couldn’t care less about your experience.
Overall would actually give this place a -5 star but that wasn’t an option. Truly a waste of money on my part.

5 star from me but 1 star from my husband.
My husband said this was the worst massage he has ever had in his whole life. He got a male masseuse who had hands that smelled like a dumpster. The guy didnt even try. The masseuse "rubbed" his skin with only one hand at a time. "Rub" because there was completely zero pressure. Only when my husband cough once in a while did he put a little strength, afterwards, back to rubbing him. Also, the masseuse only massaged his arms for barely a minute and skipped his feet entirely. We believe he isnt inexperienced but just lazy.
My masseuse, on the other hand, was amazing. Her pressure was perfect and she hit every spot, especially my back and shoulders. Even though the male masseuse ended earlier, she didnt rush to end my session and completed every steps. She also highlighted to me that my back was turning red, and asked me whether i was bothered by it but i replied that it was probably just sunburn. Really would commend her service and i was sad that my husband couldnt enjoy the same experience as i did. Both of us would agree though, that the bed cloth smells rather musty. All in all, i would still recommend this place but you'd probably have better luck with a female masseuse.

Great place for massage. I am an expert in massage and certified trainer in spa. I would recommend this place for their foot & body massage. The staff at the counter was very courteous and polite. The therapist that assigned to me has great skill and well mannered. I have a second thought of coming here after reading some bad reviews but my visit proof that the bad reviews are not genuine. Other than my place, this place is a very good place to visit to pamper your body and mind.

Me and my husband went twice to this place. We thought of making reservation at first, but we walked-in instead. On our first visit, we asked for foot reflex as we felt tired after a long day at the beach. The two masseurs did a good job! We felt rejuvenated with the calm ambience & the quiet place. We were so satisfied with the services that we went again for the next day. On the second day, we opt for the foot & shoulder massage. It was a different masseurs attending to us. But the services still tip-top. Mostly recommended spa massage. The price is affordable. Will definitely come again when we visit Sabah again. ❤️
