A bit disappointed on the service. No water bottles provided lucky there is a convenient store below. Found hair on wash basin & also in one of the towels. Otherwise stay is quite comfortable !

I had a wonderful stay at Homesuite Home Aeropod SOVO KK! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and the room had a lovely modern touch that made it feel like home.

The location was fantastic—so convenient with easy access to the airport, shops, and eateries. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive. She replied quickly to any questions I had and made sure everything was perfect for my stay.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free accommodation in KK. Can’t wait to come back again!

入住当地我非常不满意和很生气，因为安排了一间房对面房间处于装修状态，很臭，油漆和化学物的味道覆盖了整个走廊！房间很小，热水器坏的，报警器很吵，这些问题花了我一天时间和管理人员沟通处理，等于我浪费了一天的时间耽误了行程，幸好携程客服帮我作为中介处理结果满意的，后来协商了次日换了等价的房间，一对比很大，完全不是同一栋楼，就是隔音不好，听到外面广场热闹和马路摩托车，飞机很近！！！

We chose this place close to the airport since we arrived late (past midnight) and the instructions for check-in was very clear. We had problems with the WiFi and I messaged the hotel at 1am and I was pleasantly surprised I got a response with the correct WiFi password even though it was so late. There was also many restaurants and cafes in the area, convenient.
