I really felt welcomed and relaxed at the Village Lodge both times I stayed there, a home away from home.

I had great sleeps- beds were very comfortable and the lodge is in a quiet area back from the street.

Yvonne and her team were
very friendly and helpful, and I would love to stay there again if I have the opportunity to return to Balik Pulau.

Five stars aren't enough really. When you're away from home what makes a difference is friendliness and nice people. Those qualities you get them here, as they're more than good professionals, they're really nice people. Of course, the lodge is immaculate, clean and nice, but this extra touch is what made me enjoy my stay. You also have a food court right in front of the lodge, and another one around 50m., and several convenience stores and shops where to get groceries and fresh fruit. Mmmm! I have stayed at Homestay De Village Lodge on 2 different occasions. |The rooms are simple, clean, very comfortable and Yvonne is so kind and accommodating to make your stay easy and smooth. They have a beautiful lobby and common area with art from all|over the world. The location of the Homestay is perfect with so much amazing food right outside your door. The town of Balik Pulau is a small gem in Penang and I look forward to my next visit and stay at the Homestay De Village Lodge.

I feel very confortable and well cared at the Lodge. The location is perfect to enjoy the quiet and views at Balik Pulau, a non turistic place full of charming. The lodge has everything you need at hand: food courts, shops.. and very near to the safe jingle where you can have nice walks. I recommend It!

Very nice place to stay. Stuff really kind and polite. I recomend it 100%!! If you look for a nice and paceful place, dont look for anymore, this is the perfect place for you! You can enjoy with local people and local good. You can go to the mountains and enjoy the lonyless. Also close to the airport and not too far from the capital George Town.

The place is as shown on pictures. Well situated in the small town of Balik Pulau. The staff is very nice and the place is clean. For a stay in Balik Pulau it is very nice. There is a good coffee place nearby and two food courts with good food. This part of Penang deserve a visit.

Es un sitio muy entrañable, Ivonne y todo el equipo y Tomás hacen del hotel que te sientas en familia y cómo tú propia casa.
Seguro que volvemos. Es como estar en familia. Está situado en un pueblecito muy agradable y está rodeado de selva y sitios para dar paseos. Justo abajo hay un sitio para comer un local food muy agradable.
Tuve la suerte de celebrar mi boda en un local que tienen, y sólo tengo palabras de agradecimiento para ellos.
También tienen un karaoke que Tomás lo dirige y se puede incluso llevar alguna actuación en directo. Es genial...

Sitio sencillo y agradable en el entorno más rural de la isla. Habitaciones limpias y con todo lo que se pueda necesitar (algunas mejores que otras, mejor reasegurarse de que las ventanas dan al exterior). A destacar Ivonne, la encargada, siempre dispuesta a ayudar.
