Selama seminggu saya stay di holiday inn suite,saya sangat berpuashati dengan breakfast yang disediakan dan layanan yang ditunjukkan oleh 2 orang staff di sini iaitu wei pin dan mix...menyapa dan murah memberi senyuman dan banyak membantu saya dan family serta guests yang lain.. sediakan kopi.. tea tarik and so on.. very good and very polite..hope staff yang lain dapat berbuat begitu juga..

Superb customer service, from the guards, check-in to check-out, rooms are very neat, clean and organized. Room service personel are polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet are sumptuous, and the usher and usherettes are all smiles that will surely brighten up your day, specially Ms. Aliah, she does an exemplary customer service, she is sensitive to the needs of the guests, specially those with children like us. There's also a room service guy when we were in 1018, when he gave us new clean towels, he also volunteered to fold the towel into a peacock to lighten up my children's mood. Thank you so much Holiday Inn & Suites Penang Prai for your exemplary service.🙏🏻

Absolutely fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Butterworth! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The front office staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making check-in a breeze. Our experience at Tiffins Cafe was equally delightful, with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.
A special mention must go to the General Manager, Mr. Nick, who we had the pleasure of meeting. His humble and approachable demeanor truly reflects the excellent hospitality of this hotel.
The room amenities were great, and we thoroughly enjoyed the overall comfort and cleanliness of our room. The entire customer experience was top-notch, and we highly recommend Holiday Inn Butterworth to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

I am here specially coming for the buffet recently available. i went for a buffet dinner. I found it really value for money.
The place is spacious, it wont make you difficult or uncomfortable to walk around. It is clean and neat.
The food are fresh, they will keep refilling it, unlike many other places they will slow down or even stop refilling.
Their dessert is great. how can I not mention about the Tomahawk Steak, it taste good juicy, also they serve you generously amount. The seafood and lamb all taste just nice.
The only things I dislike is their Laksa, just not my taste. taste bland. But their cili padi is a adding point, the cili padi suit me well.
all waiters are all very friendly, attentive and helpful.
My first time reviewing a buffet. A buffet that I have never tried this good for years.

The hotel is new and well designed. I stayed in a suite with kitchenette. Room is very clean and spacious. Facilities include lap pool, kids pool, well appointed gym and grand ballroom with large LED screen for event. The breakfast spread was great including roti prata and soft boiled egg! They even have a mini DIY farm for salad. The staff is very friendly and service is good. There are many restaurants and street food available within the hotel premise and easily accessible from airport. Overall a great stay and will definitely come back again with my family. Thank-you GM Nick and his team for their hospitality. One of the most enjoyable stay I had in Penang.
