Bad experience, basic facial memang tak puas hati. Extraction mcm dot dot dot lalu di muka sja few times then dah habis, janji ada. Sy fikir memang mau buat treatment tapi mau try dulu service facial mcm mana. Basic facial pun dah out, memang tak lah nak spend few thousand to place like this. Unfortunately could’ve done better. Been to New York skin solutions for trial basic facial. RM49 sja tapi very detail suction and extraction . Technique staff sangat pro there, But here, i can say lack of training mcm buat je macam mana pun janji buat janji siap 😭 very sad that i kena this. Idk where they hire staff. Mcm ambil je siapa siapa kerja. Janji ada pekerja. Lol

Environment masa facial sangat bising vibes tak best. Tak ada relaxing music like other spa. Staff bising bising "i smell foodd siapa makan nii" too loud and disturbing. Not professional at all mcm pasar

Hair wash tambah RM50 tapi quality very disappointing just shampoo, guna conditioner yg sikit gila then bilas keringkan. Macam tu saya pun boleh buat sendiri lagi better dirumah siap hair mask and serum tonic and all. Service beautician macam tak kena hantar training sorry to say lipat towel dikepala pun tak pandai, asyik terbuka. Feels like better pergi salon, cuci RM35 tapi sekali serum, hair oil, rambut pun lembut lepas keluar salon with the right technique.
my hair very dry after that. felt like wasting time and money.

Spa lain lebih bagus service and treatment with better price. Not gonna recommend and comeback here 👎🏻

I’m currently on my 5th treatment, and unfortunately, things have gone downhill. Every visit brings a different hairstylist, which affects consistency and quality. I still have a few sessions left, but I’m unsure if I’ll continue.

The staff lacks professionalism. The place feels more like a hangout spot for the staff than a medispa. While some casual chatting is understandable, it becomes a problem when you’re trying to relax and instead hear non-stop conversations and see staff on their phones—even while attending to clients.

My most recent visit was the worst. It felt like the stylist rushed through everything without care—no proper check, wash, or treatment. It was clear they weren’t trained properly.

Overall, I don’t recommend this place. Disappointing experience.

Recommended spa in Keningau 😊 I was throughly impressed with the exceptional service and the friendliness of their staff there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles & a willingness to assist. Also getting a suggest for a product that can make my hair better. Will come again soon tq 👍
