Had some birthday cake slices at Gula Petite IOI and they were absolutely delicious! 🎂✨ The cakes are so sedap — soft, rich, and perfectly balanced in flavor. Dude, I snagged the last tiramisu at Gula Cakery in IOI City Mall, and it was seriously amazing! That "Heavenly Tiramisu" in a jar has perfect layers of coffee and cream.

It's not too sweet, and the coffee and cheese flavors are light and balanced—not overpowering at all. I was so surprised by how good it was.

The staff were super friendly too. And you can get a free Iced Lemon Tea when you join their loyalty program.

One of Gula Petites fan here. I was assisted by the Store Manager, Ms Amira to cancle my daughter's birthday cake delivery and have it served in the store instead. I visited your Gula Petite outlet around 11.35am intending to try the Tiramisu, but unfortunately, I was informed that it was not available until 12.30pm.

I then decided to stay for coffee and pastries, but sadly the customer service was not helpful and felt unfriendly. When I asked about the breakfast deals I saw advertised earlier, the staff simply replied, “No promo after 11.30am,” without offering further assistance or alternatives.

I continued browsing the menu and decided to order the mashed potatoes with garlic bread, only to be told again that it was not available until 12.30pm. At this point, with several items unavailable, it would have been more helpful if the staff had proactively informed me about what was available, rather than waiting for me to keep asking.

I eventually ordered the chicken pie, which turned out to be very hard, and the chicken filling was tough and unpleasant to eat. The same issue applied to the butter croissant, which was not up to the quality I’ve come to expect from your brand.

This experience is very different from other Gula Cakery outlets I’ve visited, where the staff are always warm, welcoming, and helpful.

I hope your team can look into improving staff friendliness and professionalism, and reviewing product quality to ensure a better and more consistent customer experience across all outlets.

Sudah beberapa kali layan tiramisu sini. The best setakat ni yg saya pernah makan. Strawberry tart pun padu. Coffee pun sedap kawan2. Eh semua la sedap. Akan datang semula untuk santap kek dan tart yang lain. Tq staff yg friendly.
