Servis Hotel takda improvement? sia2 sja review dalam ni.management tak ambik port.7bulan lepas pernah buat review pasal service receiptionist hotel ni.call berpuluh kali,memang tak berjawab.baik korang tak payah letak nombor phone.macam mana korang boleh bayar gaji pekerja korang ? 😆🤣

Bilik bau rokok,dlm bilik air ada sarang serangga, Receptionist xde PR langsung! Lps ni mmg mintak company blacklist hotel ni. Yg bagus cume location jea sbb byk kmudahan.

Bilik okay. Tapi staff reception sombong! Nak marah marah. Kita ni dah lah datang dari jauh. 6 hours is not easy ! Masuk masuk terus buat muka. No greetings. Sampai bagitahu nak check in terus tekan tekan keyboard kuat gila. U nak kerja buat cara nak kerja ya. Name staff : Anu. Not malay. Improve!!!

Pengalaman saya dihotel ini agak kurang selesa. (205)
1. Penutup Mangkuk tandas pecah tidak diganti. Berapa sangat pun dekat diy.
2. Mozek disingki jatuh. Bahaya jika tergesel atau untuk kanak kanak.
3. Air dari tingkat atas jatuh ketingkap. Agak bising dan annoying.

Overall katil comfort, lokasi strategik.

Hotel baru dan semua baru. Maka aircond berfungsi dengan baik dan tilam bantal semua cantik.

Makanan banyak keliling hotel jadi tiada isu nak cari makanan. Bilik sedikit nipis sebabnya pagi-2 dengan aunty or other customer talk very loud sampai terjaga dari tidur

Everything nice about this hotel just disappointed with the cleanliness. In the toilet there is dead cockroach lying behind the toilet bowl.

Then in the morning while I bring up my luggage there is also lively cockroach there crawling on the bed.

Overall satisfied with the hotel and price reasonable.
