The worst hotel I've ever experienced in my 51 years of life. There's no water available at any cost due to whatever reasons. The management can't afford to provide a bottle of drinking water till I've hardly request for it. They gave me 2 bottles of water which is equal to 1 litter for me to use for everything that needs water. Also It's been raining and the front desk can't afford to provide an umbrella for guests to go to restaurant nearby. It's been horrible experience. Skip this hotel, look for a better places that is even closer to civilization.

Always check in here, the staff always very good, but I wish next time they can provide more iron so that the guest don’t have to go downstairs. Maybe you can put the iron section in each floor & improve more the amenities since price also increase. At least toothbrush and toothpaste.

servis bagus tapi keadaan hotel agak menyedihkan dan lama. hidung saya agak sensitif. masuk bilik terus rasa gatal2 hidung dan katil pun perlu di pukul2 buang debu dahulu sebelum baring. semasa saya buka pintu toilet. ada debu beterbangan. ada bulu burung jugak. dan makanan tak digalakkkan bawa ke bilik. semut cepat datang. syukur dapat tidur tanpa gangguan bunyi2 pelik2.

The room is spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay despite the wall paint appearing slightly aged. A notable feature is the one-way tinted window, though it loses its privacy effect at night. The room is well-equipped with basic electrical appliances

For dining, food can be conveniently ordered via phone from the hotel’s café or restaurant, and the service is quick with reasonable pricing. Other amenities include an ironing board available on Level 1 and water dispensers on every floor, making it convenient for guests.

A major plus is the free parking, which is great for those traveling by car.

Staff interactions, both over the phone and in person, are polite and professional, contributing to a pleasant overall experience.

Management teruk. Booked for wedding and paid the deposit but turns out it overlaps with another client, without them noticing anything, found out from another vendor. hotel asked me to find somewhere else.

This hotel seems affordable la, good place to stop by and rest until you walk into your room just to smell a subtle, terrible stench from the floor or ceiling. The bathroom is also poorly maintained or cleaned up. Lots of dust from the window to the table and some of the bed sheets already had dry stains on it. The card system to go inside your room needs to be improved as it senses the card in a delayed or noisy manner or it doesn’t work that you have to go up and down to the receptionist just to go inside your room. However, the beds are comfortable to sleep in and the shower heater in my room works. 👌
