Please improve the environment at your hotel. Some Malay guests were speaking extremely loudly, running around, and creating a lot of noise—as if they were at home. It was very difficult to rest due to the excessive noise. Kindly remind all guests to follow hotel rules and maintain a respectful atmosphere.

Also, please check the shower heater in the room, as it was not working and there was no hot water at all.

To be honest to tell, okay what, spending around Rm100 ++ as a standard price stay at comfortable hotel, and they have a comfortable Living Room included a free play table Pool, also ps5 is allowed to play however you want to play 😍 and it's Free! Just remind you guys if you stay at this hotel, please be gentle for using any arcades /ps5 /pool 😊 we wish to stay GG hotel agian ❤️👍😍

The Hotel is quite excellent even though this is 2⭐️ Hotel category. I think the uncle that works on table area is The owner. He is very nice and friendly, and help me to solve the self check in issue. The room is clean and air conditioner works properly. In terms of price also very affordable, and the location is near with shopping area or hospital. However, there is construction near this hotel and quite noisy. This is recommend for whose only for sleep at night and not recommend to staycation 👍🏻

The air conditioning in the room that i stayed was not function. My husband and me cannot sleep in well until the morning. They should check their facilities first before letting their guest checked-in.

There's a problem with my booking(from third party end), but upon calling the hotel's customer service, the staff immediately get the call and responded, after finding my booking, the staffs suggested some options to solve my situation and we settled within 30 minutes (again third party booking issues). The room is clean and decently good space for the price. There is a gaming lobby which is nice, ps5, arcade game, snooker. Too bad it was too late and I was too tired and can't enjoy it nor took pictures. The location is very close to Sunway pyramid too which is a pretty sweet spot in Sunway.Almost got a bad experience from third party booking platform but the staff helped and solved my problem. Thanks !

The bedsheet is old and can hear the sound from doorstep mamak. Overall not bad.
