Our room is on the 3rd floor, so its quite the workout to get up there.

No hair dryer provided
Towel provided is quite yellowish
Bathroom cleanliness 6/10
Bed got few stains & got a funky smell

Soo basically this hotel is not really well maintained
- Room door hard to open
- Toilet door got water damage on the outside of the toilet
- TV only got 1 damn channel..
- Fridge provided is rusty

When we check in to our room 1 hour late.. our room floor is very wet!

Fratini locates in the city center, about 5 minutes walking from the ferry. The room is very clean and facility is standard(but TV has only 3 channels). The staffs are friendly and helpful. BTW, the room facing the street is a little noisy at night, and you can hear singing from Mosque nearby in the very morning. Anyway, I enjoy my staying here, and I'd like to come back.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei na Malásia, considerado custo x benefício. O quarto é amplo e bem arejado, com janela no quarto e no banheiro (um luxo se comparado a muitos bunkers que já estive nesse país). O ar-condicionado funciona bem, a televisão eu não liguei. Possui um frigobar e um fervedor de água, e eles oferecem sachês de café e garrafinhas de água mineral.
O banheiro é amplo mas precisa de algumas melhorias. A ducha estava um pouco solta e girava quando ligava a água. A pressão da água é muito boa, e a água quente funciona muito bem, porém saia água tanto pela ducha como pelo lava pés ao mesmo tempo (o pino não estava funcionando), muita água para a vazão do ralo, o que significava que eu precisava desligar a ducha algumas vezes para a água descer e não inundar o quarto.
A senhora da recepção era atenciosa.
Encontrei alguns fios de cabelo no chão, mas os lençóis estavam limpos, e considerando outros hotéis na Malasia, a limpeza era ok.

Bathroom ceiling is bulging & bathroom wall marble is fungus. The TV desk, make up desk, & mini bar desk have a lot of mark especially from cigarette mark. The entrance mirror have a lot of marking, window glass have mark. ||They are no lift available in this building, then you’ve to climb to up stairs until 4th floor. They have old furniture, make up light at desk is fused, the wall at the head of bed is peeling off, entrance door ceiling light & one of the bathroom ceiling light is not functioning. ||The room is cozy, but have a lot of hair on the floor. Have stained at the duvet cover, & only have 4 types of tv channels. The tv channels is limited choice. The bathroom Floor is very slippery during wet. Very strategic location, near to MarryBrown Restaurant, near to ferry terminal, near to ATM machine.

4 star because no lift. my muscle is sore after event so not comfortable walk upstair and downstair( stay at 4th floor). need to book early and fast if you want to stay at 1st floor😅. but the room is very comfortable (2 single bed).

Rooms is good only it placed at 4th floor with good outside view which I book for deluxe double bed and no lift facility.
No hair drier.
Bathroom shower has some leaks and hot water not stable

Book for one twin room for two night. Room clean, have lcd tv, but not provide breakfast. They have restaurant but open time 10am. Their restaurant look like italy style. Request for late checkout at 1.30pm for free. Location strategic, just 7 minute walking to Shopping mall (ujana financial park), 10 minute to Terminal ferry, 12 minute to UTC Labuan. Easy to get grabcar for cheap price.
