The room was clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. However, I encountered several issues during my stay.

First, the air conditioner was leaking and caused my phone and charger to get wet. When I reported this to the front desk, they said no refund could be provided and advised me to contact the booking platform. Since the hotel was fully booked, they offered two separate small rooms with single beds — one for me and one for my friend — which I felt was not equal in value or comfort to the original room.

Additionally, there was a safety concern in the bathroom. The door had a sharp wall edge/extension that made it difficult to close from the outside. It was sharp and could potentially cause injury. I strongly suggest the hotel review this design for guest safety.

Overall, while the cleanliness of the room was good, the handling of problems and lack of proper safety measures were disappointing. I hope improvements can be made in both customer service and facility safety.

住802，淋浴蓮蓬頭和花灑出水孔都被堵住，出水量極小，而且熱水只有出來一點點就沒熱水了。旅館應該換新的蓮蓬頭和花灑。提供的瓶裝水竟然是已經開過而且有人喝過的！

注意⚠️有老鼠！隔音差！千萬不要選這間酒店1. 隔音非常差，路邊的每一台經過的車輛都能聽到非常清楚，半夜還有飛機起降2.環境衛生髒亂，有*老鼠*在房間內3.門禁系統故障，沒有安全隔離外面的路人，有其他非住客蹲在走廊充電玩手機4.櫃檯服務人員處理問題態度強硬，起初申請不願意退款，也沒有空房安排，叫兩個人換去單人房，經過多次投訴平台有老鼠及證據明確Warning! There were non-guests loitering in the hallway, charging their phones. * Rigid Front Desk Service: The front desk staff had a harsh attitude when addressing issues. Initially, they refused a refund and claimed there were no other rooms available, suggesting two people move to a single room. It took multiple complaints to the platform, with clear evidence of rodents, to finally get the situation resolved.

Semasa daftar masuk staff tk memberitahu hotel ini tiada bekalan air,dalam bilik baru jumpa notis gangguan bekalan air pada 17hb September 2025,turun ke kaunter minta penjelasan & nak pinjam baldi serta gayung.Staff reception beritau tiada kedua barang itu, setelah 1 jam menunggu di hadapan opis dpt ler 1 tong bekas chemical 5 liter untuk isi air.Kws bawah hotel juga tiada air..,terpaksa beli 1 carton air mineral 1.5liter untuk kegunaan buang air.Sewa penuh tiada diskaun..,cilanat betul..😡

⚠️ Do NOT Stay at This Hotel! Very Bad Experience!
1. Terrible Soundproofing – You can hear every car on the road and even planes flying at night. It’s very hard to sleep.
2. Dirty and Unsafe – There were rats inside our room. The whole place felt dirty and not well maintained.
3. No Security – The door access system was broken. Anyone from outside could come in. We saw strangers (not guests) sitting in the hallway using the power to charge their phones.
4. Bad Front Desk Service – Staff were rude and unhelpful. At first, they refused to refund or offer another room. They even told two people to share a small single room.
5. No Problem Solving – The management did nothing and just told us to talk to the booking platform. From 1:00 AM to almost 3:00 AM, the issue was not solved.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.
For your own safety and comfort, please avoid this hotel!

Booked a garden view room but given different room. I had to go down to the reception again to ask and they told me the garden room with balcony is in different block and I need to use different lift to go there. I was a bit frustrated since I had a long tough day and to be told at such after confronting was a letdown.

The room is quite decent but no fridge, basic amenities with hairdryer so no complaint. But when the second day, I can't use my key card and had to go to the reception again to sort it out.

The place is located conveniently near to the airport, plenty of eateries and cafes like Richiamo and Zus. Parking available at basement too but can be hectic during peak hours.

Our flight arrived at Kota Kinabalu airport at 1.20am so we booked this hotel to stay at until we could collect our hire car that we had booked. The hotel receptionist Owen was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. The hotel room was clean and had little extras to make stay comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities. Shower was good. Some little toiletries and hairdryer. Iron and board we were told is available upon request. We also stayed 1 night on our return to the airport and met with other staff whom were also friendly and helpful. Convenient for the airport and train station. Many good food places and convenience stores close by. Some noise from traffic is to be expected as very close to main road and airport.
