Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff and the atmosphere was immediately relaxing. The staff name Ivy , was fantastic. She took the time to listen to my skin concerns and thoroughly explain each step of the facial. I really appreciated her personalized approach and how knowledgeable she was.
The facial itself was pure bliss. My skin felt incredibly clean, refreshed, and radiant afterward. They used high-quality products that smelled amazing and didn't irritate my sensitive skin. I also loved the relaxing massage included during the treatment – it was a wonderful bonus!
